The other zeppelin has taken too much damage, and crashes into London's streets.

Things are in complete disarray for the Nazis. As communications are lost with the ground forces, everyone is wondering what to do and beg for the Major to give them orders. He's busy eating a sandwich and tells them to shut up, relax and enjoy the thrilling climax. He tells the zeppelin's Captain to arm anyone who can stand, and if they can't stand, give them grenades. The Captain says they've ran out of guns and bullets, but the Major tells him to arm them with pipes, scraps of metal, whatever is handy.

He wants his men to go on a full assault on the enemy, and says they can sing a song whilst doing so. He even starts singing, but the Captain screams at him. He says he's had enough, and the only reason they followed his orders was because they hoped to defeat the English dogs. But this is not war, this is madness! He's decided he won't allow any more of his men to die.

The Major can't believe some have come this far and still not grasped the true nature of this struggle. He says that insubordination is the flower of war. Doc hits a button on his remote, which sends a gun out of the Major's chair.

The Major starts shooting, but proves to be a terrible shot, managing to miss with every bullet he fires. He explains to Doc that the target is hard to hit, whilst Doc wonders how he ever managed to get into the SS. The remaining soldiers arrive, and the Major promptly has them execute the defeatist.

As they shoot the Captain, the Major says he wants all his of his men onboard armed. It's time to teach everyone another lesson: all those who live by the sword will inevitably die by the sword. Everything is going as he planned.

Meanwhile, Alucard is on fire, having been hit by Anderson's attack. He hears a voice and wonders who is there, and then realizes he can see himself. He recalls back to when he was just a boy...

As a child, he was one day taken prisoner and led to the palace of a Sultan. This Sultan threw him onto a bed and raped him. All he could do was hold onto a small cross he had, telling God that he would not kneel or prayer for his salvation.

Years later, he was now known as Vlad the Impaler, and commanded a large army. He led them into battle, telling them to fight for the glory of their God. He believed God didn't help those who kneeled before him, or for those who prayed for mercy. Those people are not true prayers. True prayer is forged in battle. If they dazzle their God with their "prayers", they shall truly know him. After the tearing and crushing of men's bones, he believed God would descend from his throne to bring judgment on his wretched and pitiful servants.

Alucard asks Vlad what happened, where is his God, or his kingdom? His thoughts move forward, showing how he had been taken prisoner, and was going to be executed. His followers were all dead following him and his promises, all had been sacrificed for his God.

He then hears the Major's voice, who calls him an irredeemable monster beyond all salvation. As Vlad was about to have his head chopped off, he saw some blood and began to lick it up. Alucard can then hear a voice, calling out to him. He wonders who is there, calling out, and then realizes it's her.

Back in the real world, Seras is screaming out for her master, and attempts to stop Anderson herself. She grabs onto his bayonet and tries to pull it out, but the vines around it start to wrap around her, and catch fire.

Integra notes that Alucard's whole world is burning away, as his familiars are also set ablaze and destroyed. Seras is still screaming for her master, when he suddenly tells the police girl to stop yelling -why must she always make that awful racket? It's enough to wake the dead!

He places his hand over hers and tells Anderson that there was a moment he could have defeated him, but he's had his chance. It was over centuries ago on that field, he would have let him claim his heart. But now, that moment has passed. He says he can't defeat him and snaps the bayonet. He tells Anderson that only a human can destroy a monster.

He then charges towards his opponent, destroying the thorny vines he sends out. As Integra and Seras watch, Integra thinks about what her father once told her. He said that there are many immortal monsters roaming the Earth. When he looked at them, he wondered if they were created out of their desire for immortality.

But many of them desire more than that. When he saw them on battlefields, he thought that their battle cries were them crying out for death. Nosferatu, the no life King, lost everything, and he believed that he is now just a pale shadow that wanders from battle to battle. Those immortals are just frail, sobbing children. Meanwhile, Alucard breaks through to where Anderson is, and goes to stab him.

He pierces through Anderson's chest, and removes his heart. He then crushes it, causing the Nail of Helena to drop out of it.

All that's left of Anderson is part of his upper body. Alucard tells him that he and him are the same. Alucard starts to cry, saying this is how he became what he is. However, Anderson surprises everyone by starting to laugh. He tells Alucard that demons don't cry, so are these the tears of a long dead child?

He must have become a demon because he couldn't cry any more. Humans cry, and once their tears finally run dry, there is nothing left other than a demon or monster, and one final prayer for death. He tells Alucard to laugh and remember -he beat him to it. He asks him how long it'll be, how long until he's no longer cursed to walk the Earth?

Alucard says it'll be until the weight of his past is shattered by his oncoming future. He tells Anderson it shouldn't be too long, and he'll see him in hell. As Anderson crumbles away, he says he can hear voices of children. Integra stabs her sword into the ground...

...in front of some of Anderson's bayonets. Anderson tells the children not to not cry, and to say their prayers... amen.

As his body crumbles away, Alucard says amen. But then, Walter stomps on what's left on Anderson's head.

He uses his wires to slice up some buildings, causing them to fall. Integra asks if that's him. He says the dead are nothing but refuse, and there's no need for anyone to mourn filth.

Seras asks Walter what they've done to him. He calmly explains that he's obviously been captured, brainwashed and turned into a vampire, and has been forced against his will to turn his friends and master to bloody shreds. He asks Seras if that was the sort of explanation she was looking for. He then says he answers to no man's will but his own, and he is himself in mind, body and soul. He's the Angel of Death.

Integra screams to Walter that this is enough, but he tells her not to use that name. Suddenly, Yumie dashes forward, determined to kill Walter. Seras yells for her not to go, but she continues to charge, telling Walter he knows nothing of how to serve a master.

She moves so quickly she becomes a streak of blue light, which passes by Walter. She then reappears behind him, having used her Shimbara quick draw attack, and tells Walter he's dead. But he tells her that she's the one who's dead.

Yumie sees her hand split apart, along with her sword. She realizes that without a scream, or single slash, she's got nothing left, and her world tumbles to its end. Torn apart by Walter's wires, she dies instantly.

Heinkel screams her name, and takes aim at Walter. But before she can fire, the Captain appears and shoots her in the head. Walter says there is nothing they can do to stop him, and no one can stand in the way of his treasons.

Meanwhile, Sir Irons meets with the other remaining member of the Round Table, Lieutenant-General Rob Walsh. He asks if the Queen has been escorted to one of the safe houses, and Walsh says she has. A nuclear submarine should also be here soon. If things get any worse, then can smuggle the Queen all the way back to the Americas. Irons says that London is still in total chaos, and their last official field report from from Penwood, of all people. They joke about Penwood, but know that these enemies have robbed them of good men, and they must be made to answer to their crimes.

Walsh says those undead Nazi bastards are going to pay. Thanks to the shock troops Irons was so kind enough to drop in, they should be able to clear out all the vampires from their outline bases within half a day. But the real problem is London, they're only barely keeping their make-shift barricade around the city. There has also been talk that the Queen and her advisors are considering a final nuclear solution. However that plan is seen as an last resort, and the Queen still holds faith in Hellsing. Iron's says that Arthur's daughter still fights.

Walsh then mentions about the Round Table traitor. Many suspected Penwood, but Walsh reminds Irons that he had been quite defensive of him. Irons says he was, because whilst he was a fool, Penwood was also a man of character and honor, who would have preferred to die then betray the Round Table council. He instead suspects Walter -on the day of Arthur's death, he warned Walter to be wary of Arthur's brother, Richard. But on that night, Richard tried to kill Integra and Walter was nowhere to be seen. Arthur knew of the threat Alucard posed, and took great care to seal him away. But Integra released him, and perhaps that had been part of the plan all along. And who knows how long Walter had been a part of that plan.

Back in London, the Captain takes aim at Heinkel, but does not fire. Heinkel thinks the Captain is telling her not to interfere, and then sees him throw her a first aid kit. He then jumps back up towards the zeppelin.

Heinkel is not pleased the Captain took pity on her, and thinks she's fallen so low that she's not even worth considering as a threat. The last few survivors of the Iscariots head to Heinkel. Heinkel asks if Yumie is alright, but it's clear she has been horribly killed.

Heinkel curses Walter, and takes one of the Iscariot agent's guns. She says she'll kill that butler.

Meanwhile Walter tells Alucard to get up and fight him, but Alucard just laughs at him. He reminds Walter he once told him that Englishmen look forward to growing old, and considers his new form wretched and ugly. He calls him a dark reaper to the very core. Walter says this world is a violent, fleeting dream, and as the dawn breaks, he shall be ready to reap the Earth. He tells Alucard to stand and face him. Alucard says he knows well that the two of them are dogs, and don't bark unless they're told.

Alucard bows before Integra, and tells her to give him her orders. He can kill Walter without the slightest hesitation or hint of regret, but it's her will that commands the killing. The Major is watching, and tells Integra to say it.

Walter tells her to say the words. Integra lights a cigar, but then breaks it and yells for Alucard to search and destroy! Nothing's changed, he must annihilate all forces that dare oppose them, regardless of what or who it is. She sadly tells him to destroy anyone in his way.

Walter is pleased, and tells her she was a master worthy of his years of service. She tells him how this happened to him, she no longer cares. He's nothing but her enemy now -Hellsing's enemy, and Britain's enemy. He is nothing but a traitor, and it is her pleasure to defeat and destroy him. In the zeppelin, the Major tells Integra that was well said. At long last, she has become worthy of this battle, and he considers her his archenemy, one he must defeat at all costs.

The Deus Ex Machina lands, and he tells her to come. Part of the zeppelin opens up, and Schrödinger welcomes Integra inside. Alucard tells her to go to him and put an end to this, which she says it's about time.

Alucard tells Seras to go with her, as Integra will need her help putting an end to the Major's dream. The dawn approaches on this 50 year nightmare, and he still has his own bad dream to deal with. Before she goes, Seras calls out to Walter and tells him that whilst this may be an odd thing to say given the circumstances, she thanks him for everything he's done for her, and to take care.

Walter reacts in surprise, but then tells her to take care as well. Integra does not look back, but bids Walter farewell, and may they never meet again. She and Seras then enter the zeppelin.

Schrödinger welcomes them, but is immediately shot in the head by Integra. Alucard says those two remarkable women are his now, with his dear master to whom he belongs, and his darling servant who is his to mold. They're lost to Walter forever. Bats suddenly appears everywhere.

Walter says nothing but charges forward, as Alucard does the same. Alucard goes for his head, only to have his own arm sliced off by Walter's wires.

Walter wraps a wire around one of Alucard's legs, and then smashes him into some buildings. Walter reminds Alucard that he once told him that true immortals don't exist, and he thinks now that he was onto something -so he'll put it to the test. He'll keep killing him until he stays down.

Alucard breaks free and starts shooting at him, but Walter is able to shield himself from the bullets. Alucard then sends out his back hound baskerville familiar.

Walter slices the black hound in half, and tells it to learn to heel. Alucard tries to shoot Walter with the Jackal, only for it to explode and destroy his hand.

Walter says that gun was meant to defeat Anderson, and he is no Anderson. In the zeppelin, Doc had used a remote to cause the gun to self-destruct. With the baskerville torn apart, there's a surprise to everyone when a man emerges from it. The Major can't remember his name, but Doc tells him it's warrant officer Luke Valentine. Luke was eaten by the dog, but with the dog dead, he's able to manifest himself once more.

Luke doesn't understand what the hell is going on, but is then entangled by Walter's wires. Walter says he didn't expect to see Luke again, but one can always find use for a spare Nazi vampire.

As Walter struggles, he realizes his body is starting to give out. He knew this would happen, it was always inevitable. As he takes control of the black hound, Luke remains inside it. Walter sends them towards Alucard. Alucard says he always thought Luke was nothing but shit.

Luke manages to throw a knife into him. Walter then coughs up blood, but says not yet... it's too soon, and he can't die before he finishes killing Alucard. Doc is watching, and thinks this is because they rushed the surgery too much.

The Major says they gave him everything they had to give. They've also taken everything he had, such as his master, honor and loyalty. They are his loan sharks, waiting to collect their interest. This is all part of a plan that's been in motion for 50 years, and he tells Walter to show them what he's made of.

Walter casts the back hound towards Alucard again. Luke draws out a gun and starts firing at Alucard. Alucard tells Luke his talents were obviously wasted with him being inside that dog. The black hound bites down into Alucard.

But Alucard says this is now checkmate -as Alucard pulls out his other gun and puts and end to Luke once and for all. The black hound is dead, and Walter says Alucard has broken his new toy. But he says has has Alucard cornered.

Walter sends out many wires, which rip Alucard's limbs off. Alucard's torso is then suspended in the air.

Walter stumbles yet again, but gets himself back up. He knows it isn't over without taking Alucard's heart, and goes to do so. He picks up a pipe, he plunges it into Alucard's chest. But he realizes something is wrong... this isn't Alucard!

The one he's stabbed isn't him -as the form briefly reveals itself to by Luke Valentine before melting away into nothing. Walter's body begins to regress and de-age, as he steps back in shock. He feels a hand on his shoulder and turns around, only to get punched in the face. It seems that someone new has entered the fight, but then the person uses Alucard's voice.

Alucard taunts Walter and asks him if he's going to let this end with one punch. Whatever he did to his body, it doesn't seem too reliable. He's burnt through the height of his power, and he won't be able to hold that form much longer. As Walter continues to get younger, Alucard says that's a face not seen in 60 years. Walter asks what kind of game he's playing.

Alucard tells him this game is all his, he's just better at playing it. The trappings of mortal forms mean nothing to him, something he explained to him 60 years ago. It seems Walter wasn't a very good listener, not that it matters. Their battle now looks like nothing more than a childish squabble. And since Walter's new form perfectly reflects this, he felt it would be rude not to follow suit. This is the nature of battle: until you defeat what cowers you, you can't truly become yourself. But to do that, you need to break the shackles that hold you down. Just like he did, just like Anderson, and even the Major, did. They've all gone through the metamorphosis Walter is now experiencing.

From the moment they met, he knew Walter wanted to fight him, otherwise he wouldn't be able to move forward. He wonders if Walter was afraid of getting useless, or getting old, or maybe he was afraid of being forgotten. Alucard tells Walter he is the one playing games. 60 years on and he's still the same in his heart: just a strong brat. But now, he tells him to show him what he's got. Alucard fully reveals his new form: a young girl.
