Synopsis
In Hong Kong, a special forces team enter a production factory for the freak chip. However the team and all of the workers get shot and the entire place ends up getting destroyed. In England, some new recruits for Hellsing are asked to run an assault course, which is being overseen by Seras. Another vampire is killed and the freak chip is obtained, which is studied by scientists. They report their findings to Integra, but Integra says these artificial freaks are still freaks. They only have one command and one mission: to search and destroy.
Harry Anders visits Seras, asking her to come with him. He takes her to visit Helena, a vampire who is old but still looks like a young girl. Harry asks Helena about the artificial vampires. Helena eventually reveals that whoever is making these vampire forgeries must have an original to forge, and no English vampire is involved in this madness. Wanting to return to her solitude, she then says good evening to both of them.
Harry drops Seras back off at her apartment and leaves. But Seras then hears an explosion and sees that Harry's car has blown up, killing him. Meanwhile, Alucard reveals to Integra that a real enemy has finally come to England. He says that this will be a battle between two real monsters. Elsewhere in England, the vampire known as Incognito has arrived...
-Nothing that happens in the episode is in the manga. Incognito is the anime's main bad guy, but he's not in the manga at all.
-Seras apparently has her own apartment -she's been shown living in the Hellsing HQ before this episode, but she also appears to have her own place.
-Incognito is not named in this episode.
-At the end of the credits, there is a shot of Alucard's sunglasses. One of three characters can be seen in them in each episode: Alucard, Seras or Integra. In this episode, Integra is seen.
