Synopsis
A unit of Hellsing troops, led by the new commander, Steadler, is sent out to deal with a vampire. Steadler takes a dislike to Seras and sexually harasses her. At the Hellsing HQ, Walter makes Integra aware of a snuff film doing the rounds on the internet, which involves one of their own members: the deceased Gareth. Alucard then comes in and asks Walter to provide him with a new gun, requesting something more powerful than the one he's already got. Meanwhile, the unit of troops move into a building, but their operation is recorded and broadcast on TV. Not wanting Hellsing's existence made public, Integra is able to have the broadcast cut.
Seras finds the vampire, but he retreats to another floor. However, Steadler seems to know where he's gone and kills it himself. Seras then finds another person in the building, who is the one responsible for filming and broadcasting the raid. He is interrogated but does not give out any details about who he is or who he's working for. Seras later goes back to the building to investigate it, but she is stopped by Harry Anders, an MI5 agent who knows of Hellsing. He tells her that investigating is MI5's job and tells her to leave.
Seras believes Steadler had something to do with the broadcast and follows him to a bar. Kim, the reporter who presented the raid footage earlier, enters and meets with him. Seras follows them as they head off to a place where another vampire is about to kill a human whilst recording it via a video camera. Alucard arrives, and whilst the human is killed when the vampire throws him into a wall, Alucard then shoots the vampire in the head, killing him.
The bullet shatters some glass, revealing that Steadler and Kim were watching the entire thing. Steadler is arrested and taken away, whilst Kim claims she has a journalistic obligation to show this to the world. Integra finds out Kim feels no guilt for watching, so she says she doesn't think man's law is sufficient punishment for her crimes. Alucard then sucks Kim's blood, which shocks Seras. As soon as Seras returns to the Hellsing HQ, she sees another packet of medical blood has been left out for her. She tears it open and starts drinking it.
