WWF Raw is a wrestling game which had been released for several video game consoles in 1994. The 32X version was the last version to be released, and features some extras that the other versions don't have, along with other slight changes and edits. The game has many different game modes, from standard one on one matches to tag team fights and the Royal Rumble. |

Info
Pick a wrestler (or wrestlers) and then enter the WWF championship. Use punches, kicks, throws and your character's special moves to wear down your opponents, and then pin them to win the match. Fights take place in and out of the right, and outside you can find weapons to use. Weapons have limited use, such as the bucket, which you can throw at your opponent. |
WWF Raw has lots of game modes. Fight one on one and it will just be you against one opponent. Tag team matches let you pick two characters, and then take on other teams. You can switch characters during a match, or sometimes get your other wrestler to attack the opponent from the side of the ring. You can even get them to come on and join in the match, making it a 2 on 1 battle. |
Other modes include the Royal Rumble, where things get really hectic -wrestlers constantly come into the ring as you try and fight them off, just try to survive for as long as possible. Many of the modes can be played with 2, 3 or 4 human players -you'll need the multiplayer adapter to get this to work, though. |
Unlock Kwang |
Hackers have found that, in the the Genesis version, there is a unused placeholder wrestler. It is possible that this placeholder was for Kwang, who was added to the 32X version. The 32X version of WWF Raw was released after the other versions, so the developers might have had a little more time to finish the extra character off -although Kwang still uses moves from other characters. The Super Nintendo version also has an unused placeholder character. |
