The nuclear flames signaled the end of an era. It is now an age where strong leaders clashed through power and technique. One man boldly set out to rule this troubled world. His name was Raoh. Raoh set off to make the South Star tactician, Ryurou, his general to aid in achieving his rule. But Ryurou turned him down, and told him to abandon his rule. But Ryurou was defeated by Raoh's fists, and Raoh laughed at his own weakness as being pathetic. As Raoh left the forest where the wind could be heard, he looked like a devil.

The Blue Wolf Tears
Across The Earth!

Soga paces around the castle, thinking about what recently happened. He doesn't know what happened when Raoh met Ryurou, but it changed Raoh somehow. Raoh has already left the castle, despite his injuries not fully healing. Soga then sees Gihan. Gihan reports that they still haven't been able to find Raoh yet, but there are stories about him going to martial artists in different places.

At one of the places, Raoh easily defeats the practitioners inside. He then takes the master's wife and child hostage, and the master has to hand over a scroll. The scroll contains the secret technique of the Mount Wudang golden leopard fist.

Raoh takes the scroll, and the master wants his wife and child returned. Raoh puts them down, but as the master runs forward, Raoh suddenly hits a pressure point on his chest, causing him to cough up a lot of blood.

SHINKESSHU

(Lament of New Blood)

Raoh tells the master that in three days, blood will begun gushing out of his body until he dies. The wife asks why he'd do such a thing, and Raoh tells her that a martial artists whose secret technique has been stolen no longer has any reason to live. But he won't kill him immediately, as those given three days to live spend their time fearing death, lamenting and grieving. That fear will become the Fist King's legend!

At Cassandra, Sakuya informs Toki about Raoh's recent activities. Toki thinks it must have been Kenshiro who has spurred Raoh into doing this. Sakuya says Kenshiro is carrying the burden of sorrow alone as he fights for the masses, and once the Fist King realized this, he must have taken another step down his path. She thinks if he doesn't speed up his rule, Kenshiro will eventually stand before him. Toki thinks Raoh has become a demon, and Sakuya says after his fight with Ryurou, Raoh laughed at his own weakness as being pathetic. It seems now he has resolved to become a demon, and she thinks his army will become an increasingly fearsome force, fearsome enough to leave a terrifying legend across the land. Toki says that Kenshiro cannot overcome the present Raoh, and Sakuya says there's no doubt about that.

Toki wonders which side the heavens will take: Kenshiro's, or Raoh's? Elsewhere, Raoh rides back to his castle, and tears apart the scroll he took. He still thinks he's too weak, and isn't making any progress. He then sees someone waiting for him up ahead.

Raoh asks him who he is, and the man immediately bows down before him. He says his star is Sirius, and his name is Ryuga, of the Taishan celestial wolf fist. Ryuga challenges Raoh to a fight, so Raoh dismounts from the Black King. Ryuga starts things off:

TENROU TOUGA KEN

(Celestial Wolf Freezing Fang Fist)

He jumps past Raoh and shatters part of his helmet. Raoh seems pleased he's personally got to experience the chill of the Taishan celestial wolf fist, and removes his helmet. He tells Ryuga to experience his fists, and punches him. Ryuga crashes into the Black King.

Ryuga gets back up, and resumes his attack. Raoh smacks away each attack he makes, and as Ryuga jumps over him, he turns around and starts punching rapidly.

Ryuga gets knocked down, and Raoh goes to finish him off, but stops his strike just short. He asks Ryuga why he couldn't sense any desire to kill from him -why would he fight if he had no intention of defeating him? Ryuga says he has seen many kings from across the land, but after seeing his confrontation with Ryurou, it convinced him. He knows that Raoh has resolved to become a demon, which makes him the ruler who can bring back peace. He asks Raoh to let him take part in his legend. He is a martial artist, and whilst he understood in his mind, his fists wouldn't accept, which is why he wanted to pit himself against the North Star divine fist.

Raoh asks him what his fists saw, and Ryuga says overwhelming power. Raoh tells Ryuga to come with him.

They arrive back at the castle, where a meeting is held. Raoh says he came across an unexpected find, and Ryuga then introduces himself. Raoh says that from now on Ryuga will be his right hand man. Soga seems to know of Ryuga.

Later on, Soga and Reina are alone. Reina asks him if they can trust Ryuga, but Soga says Raoh has his own reasons. Reina goes to see Sakuya, and Sakuya says she must want to know about Ryuga. Reina says that Soga won't say anything when she asks, and wondered if she knows something. Sakuya gets up and points out of the window...

...at the Sirius star. She says it's the brightest star in the sky, which shines like the eye of a wolf. It's a star which sides with neither the North Star or South Star, but instead soars through the sky as a lone wolf. Reina asks why this star has come to the Fist King, but Sakuya says she doesn't know. She does know he is a practitioner of the Taishan celestial wolf fist, and his fists are so fast that there isn't time for the opponent's blood to flow, leaving them feeling frozen. Him joining the Fist King's forces is worth 1,000 men.

Reina asks if that's why the Fist King said he would make Ryuga his right hand man. Sakuya says Ryuga is taking Ryurou's place, and tells her to recall why the Fist King went to visit Ryurou. It was because he lacked a general to lead his army, and whilst he lost Ryurou, he's gained Ryuga. Sakuya says that Ryuga also has a younger brother, whose name is Juza of the Clouds. He is a practitioner of his own self-taught style, an abstract martial art backed by his natural talent. Due to this, nobody can read his style. He's also a childhood friend of Kenshiro's lover, Yuria, and has been victim to a twisted destiny. Reina thinks that the Fist King must know about Juza already. Sakuya says Lord Toki told her a story once...

Toki is trying to get some eggs from a bird nest, but then Raoh comes along. He sees what Toki is trying to do, but he says he'll get them for him. He punches the tree, shattering it and making it fall.

He tells Toki to take them, but when he gets to the nest, he finds that the eggs are gone. Juza then appears, and tells Raoh that's the kind of method he'd expect him to use -taking more than is necessary. Raoh asks him what he'd do, and Juza says he'd just eat them.

Raoh tells him he's stolen what he'd wanted, but Juza tells him not to get so worked up. He turns around and then throws the remaining two eggs at Raoh, hitting him in the face.

But Raoh and Toki then see that Juza is gone. Ryuken suddenly appears, and tells Raoh not to get angry. If he does, he will have fallen for Juza's trick. Ryuken thinks Juza is a fearsome man, as his talent is enough to rival Raoh and Toki.

Back in the present, Reina realizes that Juza had enough power to impress Ryuken. Sakuya theorizes that Juza is probably the Fist King's equal. Reina thinks if both Juza and Ryuga joined them, then the Fist King's army would be invincible. Sakuya says it's not that simple, as Juza of the Clouds is as free as his name suggests. He roams freely, with nothing to hold him down. Reina asks if there is a possibility he would join, as his brother is here. Sakuya says there is always a possibility, and Reina thinks the Fist King probably had that in mind when he made Ryuga his right hand man.

At Cassandra, Toki says the wind is picking up, and wonders if more trouble is on the way. Later on, Sakuya asks Gihan if this isn't part of the Holy Emperor's strategy, and he confirms that's the case. She tells him not to tell Soga about this. As he leaves, Sakuya thinks about two other warlords: to the north, Igor the Lion King. To the south, Raizu the Thunder Emperor. She thinks these two conspire to attack the Fist King's castle from the north and south, and it wasn't the Holy Emperor who told them to do it. It's a well thought out plan, for the two of them. She thinks she'll get to see Lord Ryuga's skills very soon.

The next morning, someone reports that two armies have invaded their territory, and are on their way to this castle. Raoh says he will deal with the Thunder Emperor himself, whilst Ryuga will take half of their soldiers to handle the Lion King. Soga says Ryuga has only just joined their army, and they've yet to determine his ability and nature. He thinks it's dangerous to immediately let him command their army.

Raoh says he's heard stories of the star of Sirius, and believes Ryuga is qualified to lead an army and stand as his right hand man. Soga protests, but Raoh says enough, and tells him to go with Ryuga to see for himself. He then orders Reina to come with him, whilst Sakuya is to remain here and guard the castle. Ryuga's group head north, and they see a gang heading towards them.

It's a group of Igor's men, and Soga tells everyone to hold formation. But Ryuga charges forward by himself, and starts using his Taishan celestial wolf fist...

...to easily kill a group of men by himself. Soga sees this is the Taishan celestial wolf fist, but then orders his own forces to attack.

A battle begins, and the Fist King's forces start to overpower Igor's men. A larger guy says Ryuga looks tougher than the rest, and Ryuga asks him for his name. He says he has no name to give to someone who is about to die, and charges towards him. Ryuga tells him to die as a man without a name, and quickly tears him up.

Upon seeing their captain die, the other men surrender, and begged to be spared. Ryuga refuses, and says that none who oppose the Fist King's army may be allowed to live. He pulls out a sword, and tells them to regret their opposition to the Fist King in the next world. He then uses a sword to decapitate a man.

He's about to kill again when Soga stops him. Ryuga asks him what he wants, and Soga says these men have said they'll surrender, so there's no need for any further slaughter. Ryuga says that's weak nonsense, as men who surrender to survive would betray them for the same reason. This country can never be at peace with a strategist who spouts such foolishness.

At Cassandra, Sakuya tells Toki that Ryuga's hands are stained with blood. Toki thinks Sirius has been turned into a demon, and Sakuya doesn't know if Ryuga was turned into one against his will, or with his own volition. Ryuga is determined, and the Fist King even more so. Toki says everything is decided by the heavens, and nobody can stop those who have stepped on the bloody path of Asura.

Meanwhile, Ryuga asks Soga why he's called him here, as they're in the middle of a battle. Soga tells him that discipline will suffer if the soldiers see their general and strategist arguing. Ryuga thinks that's petty, and soldiers who falter for such a reason are not needed in the Fist King's army.

Soga asks him why he continues to take part in such needless slaughter. Ryuga tells him he's weak, he'll never bring peace to this world with that mindset. He says that someone must become a demon, but Soga says he can't forgive his methods. Ryuga asks him what he's going to do about it, and Soga says this! He flips over and kicks at Ryuga.

Two heroes clash with their convictions on the line. However, both Soga and Ryuga are necessary for Raoh to achieve his rule. Which side with the heavens take in this fight?
