Kenshiro has lost his memory, can he even remember how to use Hokuto Shinken?

Kenshiro cannot remember who he is, and does not know who Bat and Lin are either. As Lin gives him some water, Bat thinks how this could have happened and then looks up into the sky. He sees the spirit of Yuria and realises that she must have somehow been the one behind this. She has sent Ken to be with Lin. Bat leaves the two in a abandoned village and goes out, whilst Lin and Ken can talk to each other. Not remembering anything about their past, the two reveal to each other that they have lost their memories.



Bat has not gone very far however, and instead has found a couple of punks. He tells them about Lin. They want to go and get her as they know a place where they can sell girls for a high price. Bat wants to see if Kenshiro has really forgotten everything about himself, and lets the two men go down to the village. They get Lin, but before they can go, Kenshiro appears and tells them to let her go. One of the punks easily beats up Kenshiro, who does not fight back! Bat realises his worst nightmare is happening, as it seems Kenshiro has forgotten how to use his Hokuto Shinken. Lin screams and hits the other man until she is punched in the face, knocking her out. Kenshiro, who is about to be fatally stabbed, sees her being hurt, and this does something...



...as he kills the two men. Bat is relieved, as whilst Ken doesn't know who he is, he at least can still use his power. Kenshiro, meanwhile, is surprised at what he just did, as his enemies have been blown apart by his attacks. He just has one question: who is he?
