Raoh and Toki, sworn brothers of the North Star!

Raoh has named himself Ken-Oh, and made clear his ambition to rule the century's end. But he was wounded in his battle with Kenshiro, and went into hiding.

Toki: Shin, Rei, Yuda, Shu and Souther. Five of the South Star six holy fists have already fallen. Kenshiro, you'll have to fight the other remaining star some day. That is the fate of the successor to the North Star divine fist. I shall follow my fate as well. The North Star divine fist has only one successor. His fist must be sealed.

Kenshiro: Toki...

Toki: The enemy of my life... his name is Raoh!

Raoh, of the hard fist style! Toki, of the soft fist style!

Destiny draws closer to both of their paths!

Raoh Gives Himself to Darkness!!

Raoh comes to a stop next to some mountains. He thinks that there is only one person who can gauge the extend of his own recovery: Koryu. In the mountains, Koryu waits at the edge of a cliff, along with Zengyo, Zeus and Aus.

Koryu says that Raoh will be here soon. He tells Zengyo that Toki should be at the village nearby, and orders him to go there. He wants Zengyo to tell Toki about what's going on. Zengyo immediately leaves. Koryu then tells his sons that no matter what happens, they are not to try and fight Raoh -they have no chance against him. He says that should something happen to him, they are to leave this mountain, and live quietly. Aus asks why, and Koryu says it's the destiny of the North Star -he doesn't want the two of them to get involved with it.

Zengyo runs through the remains of a forest, but then sees Raoh. He hides behind a tree. Raoh senses that someone is there, but he ignores it and continues on. Zengyo resumes his journey.

Raoh goes on for a bit longer, but comes to a stop at the entrance to a cave. He dismounts from the Black King, and heads inside.

Inside the cave, Koryu is working on a statue when he senses that Raoh has arrived. Koryu says he knew Raoh would be here soon, but Raoh makes one thing clear: he's sorry, but he is going to take his life.

At the village, Toki cures another sick child. Some of the villagers offer Toki some fruit, but Toki says he doesn't need it.

Bat takes over and says that he should be thankful when people are nice to you! He starts handing out some apples to the others. Bat notices Lin seems to be praying before she eats, so he asks her what she's doing.

Lin says she's giving thanks, as she hasn't had fruit in so long. This apple is so big, it shows all the hard work that the villagers put into it. Bat really doesn't know what she's talking about, but he's in heaven as long as he can eat. He takes a bite out of his apple, only to find it's sour -Lin tells him that's his punishment!

Toki thinks about how he wishes he could travel with these children forever... but he has his own destiny. The man who broke the 2,000 year old code of the North Star: Raoh! Someone must seal Raoh's fists.

Back in the cave, Raoh says he expected no less from the man who competed for the North Star divine fist with his master, Ryuken. He doesn't think Koryu has weakened one bit. Koryu says it's not just his fighting spiritual energy, but Raoh says he knows. He's heard that Koryu was stronger than Ryuken, which is all the more reason for him to come here.

The North Star divine fist's code of sole succession. There was a fierce battle over successorship in the previous generation as well! Ryuken was called the North Star dragon, and Koryu, the North Star tiger.

Ryuken: He's strong...

Koryu: At this rate, we'll both kill each other...

But Koryu gave up the throne of the successor at his will, and hid in the mountains to seal away his fists.

Raoh removes his cloak, and shows the wound on his shoulder. He says that it is the first deep wound that he's ever received. Koryu is the only one in the world that can gauge the recovery of this wound. Koryu asks him if he's still hanging onto the North Star divine fist, but Raoh just says he's the Fist King: the man who seeks to conquer the martial arts. He then raises his fighting spiritual energy.

Koryu does the same thing, and says that this is also the destiny of the North Star. For all those who battled for succession, he'll honor Raoh's death here, as he did with theirs. The two begin to fight, exchanging some blows. Raoh avoids one of Koryu's attacks...

...and goes to counter, but Koryu blocks his strike. Outside the cave, Zeus and Aus see a horse, and wonder if it's Raoh's. They then wonder where their father is.

Back in the cave, Koryu tells Raoh he must disappear into the North Star divine fist's 2,000 years of darkness. Raoh says he will raise the North Star from darkness into brightness. Koryu calls him pathetic, but Raoh tells him to be silent.

The two exchange a few more attacks, and Raoh thinks that Koryu is as strong as he expected. Koryu thinks he must seal Raoh's fists, and uses the shichisei massatsu (seven star obliteration) technique.

Raoh thinks Koryu must want to defeat him this badly. He tells Koryu that he will witness the triumphant return of the Fist King. He does a punch that hits Koryu, with so much power that it causes his hands to burst off.

Raoh then follows it up with many more punches, striking Koryu over and over again. Eventually Koryu is sent flying back.

Raoh says that his wounds have healed, and that the Fist King can't die. Koryu thinks of Raoh's incredible strength, and how Raoh, Toki and Kenshiro are leading the North Star divine fist to its greatest age. He asks why God would send these three extraordinary men into the same era. If they'd lived in different eras, he has no doubt they all would have been fine successors.

Koryu then dies from his injuries. Raoh places a statue next to him, and tells him to rest in peace.

Out in the desert, someone suddenly gets in the way of Bat's car, forcing him to swerve out of the way. Bat calls the guy an idiot and thinks he's crazy, but as the smoke clears, it's revealed that the guy is Zengyo.

Meanwhile, Raoh reaches the cave's exit. He starts to walk outside, only to have several boulders dropped onto him. The Black King flees in panic.

The boulders were part of a trap that Zeus and Aus had set. They head towards the debris, only to see that Raoh is far from dead.

Aus wants to know where their father is. Raoh is amused at Koryu's sons, as they nervously prepare to attack him.

Zengyo introduces himself, and says he has a message for Lord Toki from Lord Koryu. He says that Raoh has headed to Koryu, and that Raoh's wounds have now healed. Raoh's hard fist style will soon rise again. Toki says it seems the time to fight is finally here.

Zeus and Aus attack, only for their weapons to bend out of shape when they strike Raoh. Raoh tells them it's useless, but they try and rush him anyway. He grabs them by their throats, and starts to choke them.

Toki suddenly stumbles, but when Bat tells Lin to give him some water, he says he's fine. He says that the North Star's codes demands that he defeats Raoh. He asks Kenshiro if he thinks that he can't defeat Raoh due to his ailing body. Toki decides to show whether his illness has devoured his fists. Both he and Kenshiro then go into a stance:

Zengyo explains that this form pledges that even if one of them goes down, they will have no grudges with one another, and will return to heaven with no regrets. Bat asks if this means Kenshiro and Toki are fighting for real, and Lin wants to stop it. Zengyo holds her back, and says that no one can stop them now: this battle cannot be avoided. Toki and Kenshiro raise their fighting spiritual energy.

Toki thinks that this will be the last time he fights Kenshiro. As a martial artist and as a man, he's always wanted to fight Kenshiro once. He wants to experience the fist of the successor to the North Star divine fist. Kenshiro thinks of how he has admired Toki's skill, and how he has the most graceful techniques of any man in the 2,000 year history of the North Star divine fist. Toki and Kenshiro then clash...

...and then break away from each other. They then rush towards each other again, and pass by each other. This causes a crater to form around them.

They both fall down, and have struck pressure points on each other's chests. They stand back up, and Toki says he has experienced the fist of the successor. Kenshiro thinks if Toki wasn't suffering from his illness the result would have been different, but Toki says it was the power of his destiny that lets him be as strong as him.

His destiny even drives his ailing body, a destiny he cannot escape from. He tells Kenshiro that he will leave his soul with him, but as for his body... he will sacrifice it for the death match he'll have with Raoh.

Zeus wants Raoh to kill him, whilst Aus calls out for his brother. When Raoh hears this, he asks them if they are true brothers. It triggers a memory in his mind, of his brother calling out to him...

Raoh suddenly drops Zeus and Aus, and warns them that if they follow the same path, they will bear the same destiny. If they are true brothers, they should follow different paths. He then leaves on his horse.

Later on, Kenshiro's group have setup camp. Kenshiro says he will uphold the North Star code, and will defeat Raoh. But Toki says there is a reason he must defeat Raoh, at any cost. It's a destiny that only he and Raoh know of. Kenshiro wants to know what that destiny is.

Toki says he can see the death omen star, and thinks that the time of his death is close. He wants to end his life as a martial artist. Nearby, Raoh waits at the edge of a cliff.

He thinks about that time, where he and Toki both became Ryuken's adopted sons on the same day, and started on the path of the North Star divine fist. That was the beginning of their destiny. He yells out and asks Toki if he is coming.
