A Wicked Legend!
The Gates to Cassandra Open Now!!

Kenshiro's group continue making their way to Cassandra. Meanwhile, a group of men are also heading to Cassandra, armed with guns and other weapons. They think that no matter how many martial artists there are there, they won't be able to stand up to a gun.

The group arrive and stop before Cassandra's gates. The group are here to save their boss, who has been locked up in the prison. They call out to him, but get no response. But they are determined to destroy Cassandra's legend right now, and charge.

However they quickly stop when two men suddenly appear before them. They introduces themselves as Raiga and Fuuga, the strongest warriors of Cassandra.

The group open fire on them, but Raiga and Fuuga create wires between their hands, and run by them. Most of the group get sliced to pieces.

NISHIN FUURAI KEN

(Dual Gods of Wind and Thunder Fist)

Nishin fuurai ken! An art which can only me mastered by sharing their flesh, their blood, the mind and emotions that act as one. Those caught between them die in an instant.

The remaining men charge, but also get sliced to pieces. Raiga and Fuuga don't seem pleased that they've had to kill again.

Nearby, Kenshiro's group get to the end of a cliff. Mamiya asks if they're there yet, and Rei says they nearly are -can't she hear the devil's weeping? The group hear the moans coming from the prison, and Rei says it's the mournful cries of the martial artists held there. It summons the wind, and echoes throughout the land. They get to the edge of the cliff, and can see Cassandra down below. Rei says that it is also known as the City where Devils Cry.

He also says that once you get imprisoned there, you'll never get back through the gate alive. And this is the place where Toki is being held. He says that nobody has ever broken the impenetrable legend of Cassandra. Kenshiro tells Toki to wait for him, as he'll break Cassandra's legend with his own hands.

In the prison Uighur says that devils are weeping finer than ever today. He thinks it's a good morning, and decides to let the prisoners out of their cells, granting them sunlight for the first time in three months. They head outside, and the guards tell them to enjoy it, as there's no telling when they'll get to see the sun again.

Uighur tells the prisoners that he's in a very good mood today, which is why he's bestowed sunlight on them. As the prisoners kneel down before him, two guards bring over a martial artist who'd tried to break out of the prison. The martial artist sees Uighur for the first time.

Uighur praises him for challenging him, but then tells him to kiss his boots. Uighur then starts stomping on him, but the guy pushes his foot aside, and then takes out the two guards. He then challenges Uighur himself, jumping towards him with a kick.

Uighur calls him a fool, and uses a secret technique of his style: the chest splitting wave. He wraps his two whips around the guy's body, and then tears him apart. Uighur laughs and says the impenetrable legend of Cassandra won't be broken by the likes of him.

Some guards then notice than Kenshiro's group are nearly at the gates, so they tell Uighur. Inside one of the cells, Toki is somehow able to sense that Kenshiro has arrived. As Kenshiro's group continue walking, the guards raise the alarm.

At Mamiya's village, Lin shows Bat and Airi what she's been working on. The flowers she planted have begun to sprout. Bat really doesn't think she had to wake him up for stuff like this, but Airi is more appreciative. She thinks they'll bloom soon, and Lin says they'll have plenty of flowers by the time Ken returns.

Back at the prison, Uighur thinks it will be fun to give these reckless challengers a taste of fear. He tells Raiga and Fuuga that their power has preserved Cassandra's legend. He tells them to go and defeat Kenshiro, but they don't move. He asks them what's wrong, and they say they no longer wish to commit meaningless killings. To them, the blood-stained legend has become a nightmare, and their hearts have sunk deep into it.

Uighur clicks his fingers, and a guard ties a man to a post. The man is Mitsu, Raiga and Fuuga's other brother. Uighur whistles, and a giant eagle appears.

Uighur says Mitsu will be food for the eagle. The eagle starts to attack Mitsu, and Raiga and Fuuga can only watch.

Uighur warns them that any who oppose him will end up tasting hell. He whistles again, and the eagle goes into a dive. Raiga and Fuuga say they understand, and they'll do as Uighur asks.

The eagle is inches away from Mitsu, but is suddenly ripped apart by Uighur's whips. Uighur laughs, and tells them to not even think about disobeying his orders.

A little later on, Kenshiro's group arrive at Cassandra's gates. Mamiya finds it strange there are no guards anywhere, but Rei tells her to look carefully. She looks at the two statues outside the gates...

...which suddenly come to life. As she stumbles back, Rei catches her. Raiga says they are Cassandra's strongest warriors.

They see Kenshiro, and say that have a reason not to let him pass through these gates. Rei decides he'll take them on, and gets ready. But Raiga and Fuuga charge forward, using their dual Gods technique.

Rei realizes not to get in their way just in time, and leaps up. But even then, he's still had his face cut.

Kenshiro asks Rei to stand back, as he'll fight them instead. He tells them to open the way, or they'll die. They tell him that there will be death to those who seek to open this gate. Rei tells Ken to be careful, as if he gets caught between them, it'll all be over.

Raiga and Fuuga charge, but Kenshiro stays in place. He strikes their wires, and is able to break them.

Raiga and Fuuga can't believe it, but are then further surprised when they realize that their faces have also been cut. Kenshiro tells them it's over, but then says he sensed from them more sadness than hostility.

Raiga and Fuuga think that Kenshiro is perhaps the man they've been waiting for... he could be their savior. They tell him that they've decided to put their faith in him.

They then notice a guard on the wall above them, who is holding Mitsu. The guard asks them what they're going to do. Raiga and Fuuga ask Mitsu to forgive them -to bring light to Cassandra again, the savior they've been waiting for is finally here. They asks for him to wait for them in hell, as they'll catch up with him soon.

Mitsu says he understands, and that if he can be a sacrifice to change Cassandra, he will gladly go. He tells his brothers that he'll leave the rest to them. The guard says he'll inform Uighur, but before he does, he kills Mitsu and then tosses him back into the prison's grounds.

Raiga and Fuuga tell Kenshiro that there's no need for him to grieve, as they chose to put their faith in him. More guards then appear, and they start dropping down. However, Rei says he won't forgive them, and takes several out.

A big battle begins, as Kenshiro's group start wiping out Cassandra's forces.

Raiga and Fuuga then charges into the gates. One of the guards manages to grab Mamiya, and says he'll send her to hell. But before he can, Kenshiro strikes pressure points on his neck, and tells him that's where he's going.

The guard drops to the ground, and his head explodes. Raiga and Fuuga continue to push on the gates, whilst on the opposite side, several guards push back.

Rei kills the remaining guards, whilst Raiga and Fuuga continue to push. They eventually manage to break through.

They say this is to break Cassandra's legend, and to bring light and life back to all once again. Kenshiro says to keep this gate open -it shall never be closed again. As his group walk into Cassandra, the guards there are surprised that Raiga and Fuuga were the ones who opened the gates -they've never let anyone through them before.

Toki senses that Kenshiro has entered Cassandra. Meanwhile, a door opens up, and Uighur is carried out.

He sees that Kenshiro has finally set foot on this land, and praises his reckless bravery in voluntarily entering Cassandra. But he finds the idea of Kenshiro being a savior laughable, and says he'll enjoy his hope slowly turning into despair.
