Lin: Another... me? Are you the one who called me? Are you the celestial emperor?
Myu: The celestial emperor, Lui.
Lui: Lin, I've heard about you. The sad story of my little sister. Where are you, Lin?
Lin: Sister!
Lui: I'm sorry. You've been put through so much hardship.
Lin: No, sister. Though I was abandoned, life was much happier for me.
Lui: Lin...
They met the celestial emperor in a cavern beneath the capital. She was Lin's long lost sister Lui, separated at birth.
Outside the capital, everyone sees something is happening with the clouds. Rihaku says that the heavens have suddenly come together again.
An Elegy for Ein!
Die Bravely Than Live Without Honor!!
The cave suddenly begins to shake, and Ein notices that the ceiling has started to crack. A lot of rocks and boulders begin to fall, so Bat shoves everyone back and tells them to get down.
However, Ein says this is a job for grown ups, and shields everyone from a massive boulder. It lands on his back.
Up above, Jako appears, and calls everyone down below fools. He reveals he never had any intention to let the celestial emperor live, he just used Lui as a means to control Falco. Kenshiro and Falco's strength has been exhausted now, so he'll crush them both, and seize the heavens for himself.
Outside the capital, Falco goes into a stance, and does a fast kick which strikes Kenshiro and knocks him down. Falco says he's been waiting for Kenshiro to exhaust himself, so his defense dwindles. He asks him if he can intercept this kick.
He then uses a kicking technique where he strikes Kenshiro several times very quickly, knocking him down again. As he goes to finish him off, Kenshiro gets up, and blocks his attack.
Kenshiro then sweeps Falco, and goes to punch him. Falco tries to counter it with an energy blast, but Kenshiro blocks his attack, and then...
...strikes pressure points on Falco's chest. Kenshiro says he has hit the kaketsu pressure point, and the battle is over now. Falco asks if that's so, and reveals that in the 2,000 year history of the Source Star imperial fist, North Star canceling techniques have been developed. He pulls Kenshiro's hand out of his chest.
He then strikes his own chest, causing the pressure points on it to boil up and explode. Rihaku realizes that Falco just destroyed the pressure points on his own body at the cellular level.
Back in the cave, Ein has protected everyone, and manages to get the boulder off of his back. But he's been injured by it, and says that was a little heavy.
As he falls down, Lin says she'll try and stop his bleeding. But he tells her he'll be fine, her clothes aren't meant for his wounds. He says that the only ones who can stop Falco and Ken from fighting are her and Lui. He wants them to wipe away the blood that those two have needlessly shed. He tells Lin he's counting on her, and then says he can do this. He stands back up, and says he'll get them out of here.
Kenshiro and Falco have knocked each other down. As they start to get up, Falco's men think both Falco and Kenshiro will die at this rate. Rihaku thinks both of them may have reached their limit.
Falco and Kenshiro punch each other in the face, and drop to their knees. They hit each other again, and Falco asks Kenshiro why he didn't close in sooner -if he had, he'd be dead. Kenshiro says he doesn't know, but he thinks the look in Falco's eyes is trying to say something. As they get back up, Kenshiro says that look is making him hold back his fists.
Up above, Jako watches Falco and Kenshiro. He laughs and calls them idiots, and tells them to keep wasting their strength. He orders his gunners to take aim, as some cannons, loaded with spears, and prepared. Jako wants to kill both Falco and Kenshiro, and gives the order to fire.
The cannons fire, and several spears head towards both Falco and Kenshiro.
In the cave, the group come across an object in the ground. Ein says it looks like Jako tried to use this to split the bedrock. Myu says that a well was being dug here, and there should be a waterway below. Ein tells her that makes things easy -they can use the water. They need to break through this bedrock, and ride the water out. Lin asks how can they do this, they don't have any tools. Ein tells them that they might not have what it takes, but he's got a special weapon.
He says there's nothing that his fist can't smash through. Bat and Lin thinks this is too much, and Lin tells him not to do it. Ein thinks they're kicking him whilst he's already down, and then shouts that if they don't stop Ken and Falco immediately, it'll be too late!
He thinks it could already be too late, and asks them to just let him handle this. He punches the device with all his might.
Outside, Kenshiro has protected Falco by blocking two of the spears. Several of Falco's men have also sacrificed themselves, allowing themselves to be hit and killed by the spears. As Kenshiro falls back, Falco catches him and asks him why he's done this.
Kenshiro says he just thought that Falco didn't deserve to be taken down by a deceptive coward. Jako laughs, and says his attack has just begun. He orders his men to add explosive warheads to the arrows, so they start reloading the launchers. Jako says he'll blow to them pieces this time!
Ein keeps punching the device, but he can't get it to budge. Lin asks him to stop as he'll die if he keeps this up, but he says he'll be fine. He punches again, but he ends up hurting himself.
Bat tells him to stop, as if he keeps this up, he really will die. Ein tells him that he made a promise to Asuka that one day, he would make his own history. He was just a bounty hunter who went after scumbags, but he's better than that. When Asuka grows up and tells people about him, she'll be able to take pride in him. That's what he'd promised her. He's not just fighting for them -he's fighting for Asuka, too. He thinks he'll bet everything on his fist.
He punches the device again, and it moves further into the ground a little, causing a small part of the ground to crack. He thinks it'll take one more shot.
He hits it again, causing it to break up and move further down. But bloods erupts from his arm, and he falls to his knees. He wonders why it won't break.
He then collapses, and wonders why his life isn't good enough, but as his tears hit the ground, it begins to break up.
Water bursts out of the ground, as Ein tells Asuka he did it. Up above, Jako is about to give the order to fire, but then water bursts out under the floor, destroying the launchers.
Jako also gets sent flying up, as the water pours out everywhere. Bat rides down it, and yells to Ken and Falco, telling them that the celestial emperor is safe -their only enemy now is Jako!
Lin and Lui carry Ein out, and Ein asks Lin if she can see Ken and Falco. Lin says she can, and Ein thinks that's great. He then collapses.
Bat tells him to hang in there, he can't go out like this. Ein thinks this looks like it's the end for him, but Bat calls him a fool -he still has a job left, he has to look after Asuka! If he dies now, what will happen to her? Didn't he want to take her to a land of green on an airship? Ein tells him that as long as he's around, he won't have to worry. He knows they'll make plenty of green fields.
He's still kind of worried about trusting them with Asuka, as they could turn her into a real tomboy! He raises his hand and tells Bat that dying for a woman is really something. Ein laughs and thinks what he just said was too cool, but whatever. As he closes his eyes, he says he can see it now... the land of green...
As Ein's hand drops, Bat calls him an idiot.. he should quit trying to act so damn cool...
