"Eliminate the North Star!" -the imperial decree is in effect! But the North Star will not perish. Kenshiro heads for the imperial capital!

The Emperor's Cries Echoes Through the Imperial Capital!
Where Is Falco...

Jako runs away in terror from Raoh. But he then stops when he sees someone else in front of him: Kenshiro. Kenshiro starts to choke him.

Jako wakes up, realizing he's had another nightmare. He thinks that shadow was even bigger than the fearsome Raoh. Two guards then run in, and report that Kenshiro is fighting their guards at the first gate. Jako turns around, and thinks about Kenshiro... Kenshiro, the man who defeated the terrifying Raoh!

Jako turns back around, and declares that they must not let the North Star enter the imperial capital. He says to use everything they have to strike Kenshiro down. Outside, Kenshiro defeats a couple of guards, and arrives at the first gate. As he does, a spear is thrown at him.

Boltz welcomes him, and says he'll be facing him first. Kenshiro tells him that Shoki will now be avenged. Boltz leaps out of his tower, and as he falls, he uses a technique:

GENTO SEIKO HIKEN

(Source Star Blue Spear Flying Fist)

Boltz's energy bolt explodes behind Kenshiro. Boltz refers to Kenshiro as the rebellious North Star, and tells him that he'll now realize his own idiocy. He then uses another technique:

GENTO HYAKUSEN SOUKON

(Source Star Hundred Flashing Blue Lights)

Boltz sends out several projectiles that graze Kenshiro, and he then leaps towards him.

However, Kenshiro grabs the tip of his spear, and then starts hitting pressure points on his head and chest. He then hits him with a final punch, which sends him flying.

Boltz crashes into the gate, where he explodes, destroying it. As the North Star army cheer, Kenshiro thinks that, for what it's worth, Shoki has now been avenged. He intends to get the celestial emperor next.

From the capital, Falco has been watching. He thinks that it's useless, as even if all off the capital's forces are sent out, Kenshiro cannot be stopped. He asks Myu if she has discovered the location of where the celestial emperor is being held, but she says Jako is more tightlipped than they expected. Falco says he's sorry for having to put her through this, and thinks that all of this chaos was caused by his own weakness. He looks at some statues of his Source Star ancestors, and says that if only he'd done what Raoh had asked...

Raoh grabs Jako, and tells him his eyes belie his wicked heart. He tells Falco he should kill this man now, otherwise, he'll become his worst nightmare. As Raoh and his army leave, Falco confronts Jako. Jako tells Falco to wait, surely he doesn't believe in Raoh's words?

Falco prepares to kill Jako, but Jako begs to be spared, saying he'll even become his servant if he lets him live. Falco ignores him, but Jako then sees someone in the crowd. He asks Falco if he can kill him in front of his own mother. Falco turns around, and sees that his mother is behind him.

As she prays, Jako asks if he can do it -can he kill him? He then pulls a knife out, but drops it in panic when Falco turns back around. Falco goes to hit him...

...but he can't do it. Jako starts laughing.

Back in the present, Falco says that when he saw his mother, he couldn't go through with killing Jako. As soon as she died, Jako kidnapped the celestial emperor to protect himself, and then took over the capital in the celestial emperor's name. Somewhere within in the capital, the celestial emperor is being held captive. It's his duty to protect the celestial emperor, and it was his weakness that brought about all of this chaos. He looks at the statues, and tells his ancestors that he's sorry... he may be the one to end the 2,000 year history of the Source Star imperial fist.

Outside, Kenshiro walks up to the second gate. There are a load of troops behind it, but they aren't worried -this gate is electrified. Kenshiro walks up to it, and places his hands on the bars.

However he doesn't get fried, and instead, he prizes the bars open. The soldiers think he's some kind of monster, as he tells them that any who get in his way will die. Back inside, Jako is getting more and more irritated at the fact that there has been no news about Kenshiro's demise. Some guards then report that Kenshiro has gotten past the second gate, and is now battling the guards.

The power in the room then goes out. Jako starts to scream that it's dark, and pulls out a sword. He uses it to strike down one of his own men, and continues to yell that it's too dark.

Falco runs towards Jako's room, worried that Jako may do something drastic due to the power going out. Once he gets in the room, he sees that Jako has already killed three men, and has also stabbed Taiga in the leg. Taiga asks Falco to do something.

When Jako sees Falco, he asks him what he's even doing here -he must defeat Kenshiro! He wants him to wipe Kenshiro off the face of the Earth, otherwise, the celestial emperor will die!

Back outside, Kenshiro arrives at the final gate. Some soldiers try to rush him, but he pulls out his nunchaku and beats them back.

Some soldiers run away, but one group remains behind. They wear golden armor, and say that Falco's orders were to not let Kenshiro pass here. Two men then attack, but Kenshiro easily defeats them.

However, one soldier says he won't let Kenshiro pass, even if it costs him his own life. Kenshiro says that they aren't like the others, and asks them if they're Falco's men. The guy says that they are, and that they fight for Lord Falco. They're willing to lay down their lives for him. Kenshiro says he'll wait for Falco.

Inside, Falco tells one of his men, Saiya, he needs a favor. He passes Saiya a detonator, and says he'd never hoped to have to use this -it's for a bomb in the heart of the capital. If he loses in his fight with Kenshiro, he instructs Saiya to push the button. It will result in the capital collapsing, along with both Jako and the celestial emperor. Saiya asks why, so Falco explains that if he falls, Jako's fear of the North Star will overwhelm him, and he'll kill the celestial emperor.

Jako will then blame everything on the celestial emperor, and flee. Saiya asks about Myu, as he knows she loves Falco, but currently stays at Jako's side, trying to find the celestial emperor. Myu then enters the room.

She asks Falco to let her handle the detonator, as she can't stand being left alone. If Falco dies, she dies, which is why she'll go with him. Falco removes his cape, and heads up to the statues. He removes the cape off one of them.

He puts the cape on, and says that he'll bear the 2,000 year destiny of the Source Star imperial fist with this fight. Saying that he has no more regrets, he walks out of the capital. Outside, the final fate opens.

Falco steps outside, and confronts Kenshiro. Kenshiro asks Falco if he will turn back, and Falco says he can't. Rihaku says that originally, both the North Star and Source Star were meant to lead to the same path for the celestial emperor. He wonders why the celestial emperor is now having these stars fight.

Kenshiro asks if there is anything that would make Falco turn back. Falco says there isn't, as he lives and dies for the celestial emperor -that is the fate of the source star, and as the successor to the Source Star imperial fist. He sends out an energy blast which destroy Kenshiro's nunchaku, and also blows off one of his shoulder pads.

Kenshiro looks at his nunchaku, and then snaps them in half. He then uses one of his own techniques...

...to attack Falco, blowing some holes in his cape and also striking his shoulder. Kenshiro tells him there's no confusion or hesitation in his fighting spiritual energy. Falco says that if he feared for his own life, he wouldn't have challenged him. He is the last gate before the imperial capital.

Kenshiro says he'll get through him for the sake of his friends. Falco says he won't let him pass, even if it costs him his life. The two then release an incredible amount of fighting spiritual energy.

Above the capital, Rihaku notices that the heavens have split open. Lin suddenly holds her head and says she can hear it... a voice.

She says that the celestial emperor is calling for her, and is crying...
