Haggar is the mayor of New Metro City, and is fine with Spider-Man helping him out to keep to keep the peace. PILEDRIVER

Haggar grabs the opponent and slams them into the ground, you must be next to the opponent for this to work.


VIOLENT AXE
(QCF+P)
Just like the Final Fight 3 version, Haggar lunges forward with this punch move.


HOODLUM LAUNCHER
(QCF+K)
Haggar will hit the opponent and launch them into the air, you can follow this up with an air combo of your choice.


GIANT SWING
(QCF+K, air only)
Haggar will try and grab the opponent, if he does he'll slam them into the ground.


LARIAT
(LK+SK)
Haggar's classic spin move. Whenever you do this it will inflict some red damage, but the trade off is Haggar is completely invulnerable when using this technique.


CLEANIN' UP THE CITY
(QCB+K)
Haggar will bring out a barrel. This can act as a shield, or can be thrown. When thrown, the smashed barrel will reveal bonus items. These items can give you more health or hyper combo gauge.


SUPER: RAPID FIST
(QCF+PP)
Haggar will start punching rapidly, keep pressing the attack buttons to do more damage.


SUPER: HAGGAR PRESS
(QCF+KK, air also)
Haggar will leap up into the air and then crash down onto the opponent.


LEVEL 3 SUPER: MAX BACK BREAKER
(QCB+PP)
The ultimate version of Haggar's pile-driver, you need to be next to the opponent for this move to connect.
