Haggar is the mayor of Metro City, and wants to keep the place safe from the Mad Gear gang and other criminals. However, he then has a much bigger task ahead of him due to Dr. Doom and Alert Wesker teaming up and causing havoc in both the Capcom and Marvel worlds.

PILEDRIVER
(HCB+AT)
Haggar grabs the opponent and slams them into the ground, you must be next to the opponent for this to work.


VIOLENT AXE
(QCF+AT)
Just like the Final Fight 3 version, Haggar lunges forward with this punch move.


HOODLUM LAUNCHER
(DPM+AT)
Haggar will hit the opponent and launch them into the air, you can follow this up with an air combo of your choice.


GIANT SWING
(QCF+SP, air only)
Haggar will try and grab the opponent, if he does he'll slam them into the ground.


SKY-HIGH BACK DROP
(HCB+AT, air only)
Another air throw where Haggar will smash the opponent into the ground.


LARIAT
(QT+SP)
Haggar's classic spin move. Whenever you do this it will inflict some red damage, but the trade off is Haggar is completely invulnerable when using this technique.


SUPER: RAPID FIST
(QCF+AT+AT)
Haggar will start punching rapidly, keep pressing the attack buttons to do more damage.


SUPER: HAGGAR PRESS
(DPM+AT+AT)
Haggar will leap up into the air and then crash down onto the opponent.


LEVEL 3 SUPER: HAGGAR BUSTER
(HCB+AT+AT)
The ultimate version of Haggar's pile-driver, you need to be next to the opponent for this move to connect.
