The only cheat for Final Fight CD is to turn auto-fire on, which is useful if you haven't got one of those 3rd party pads with turbo functions. Go into the options menu, highlight exit, then hold right, A and B. With those 3 held down, press start to turn rapid fire on. Now you can simply hold down the attack button instead of pressing it repeatedly.
