Last time, Ken finally found Chun Li and Ryu, but he doesn't realize that the cyberchips implanted in their foreheads by Bison have turned them into obedient Shadowlaw warriors. Meanwhile, Guile and Nash have infiltrated the fortress, combing its hallways for any sign of Ken. As we tune in, Ken is using his new power to blast through the thick wall separating him from Ryu.

Ryu throws a hadou ken out, whilst Ken hits the wall with his hadou sho ryu ken. The explosion of these techniques blows a hole in the wall.

Ken sees Ryu. Ken says they can talk later, for now they need to get out of here, and find Chun Li. He tells Ryu to come on, but Ryu doesn't move. Ken asks what's going on, but is surprised to see Ryu go into his fighting stance! Bison thinks things are starting to get interesting. Zoltar is concerned, as Ken is worth a billion dollars in ransom, if he's dead, they can't collect the money. Bison says to forget that, as Ken has power, and he intends to find out what he can really do!

He tells Zoltar to command Ryu to attack Ken. Ryu does a kick which sends some debris at Ken, so Ken starts destroying it.

Ryu then jump kicks Ken, sending him smashing through a wall. Ken gets up and says it's him.

Ryu doesn't hear him, and just goes on the attack again. Ken manages to stop him, and tells Ryu to snap out of it.

Ken then notices something: the cyberchip on Ryu's forehead. He recalls seeing it when he saw Ryu through the hadou, and he knows that it was the man who he saw attacking Chun Li was the one who did it. But Ryu then throws Ken.

They end up back in the previous room, but Ryu is unrelenting with his attacks.

As Ken hits the ground, he thinks Ryu doesn't even know who he is, and he must find a way to get through to him. Bison says that by controlling Ryu through the chip, they've increased his strength, and he'll do anything he says. Zoltar says if this battle continues, their cyber warrior will massacre Ken. He thinks they should stop this before it goes too far, but Bison says he wants to go too far. Clearly Ken doesn't want to go full force against his friend, but he thinks he'll reconsider.

Elsewhere, Guile preps his explosives, and thinks this intersection could use a few fireworks. He runs down a corridor, but then stops. He thinks this place is like a maze, but he thinks it's following a pattern.

He then sees two guards walk by, and lets them pass. But he then grabs one of them, and asks where the command center is. The guard claims he doesn't know, so Guile says he'll just have to kill him, as maybe someone on the next floor will have the brains to talk. As he starts to crush the guy's throat, he reveals that the command center is on the top floor.

Guile then has to drop the guard, as a massive arm takes a swing at him. The guard gets hit and is slammed into a wall, as Zangief appears. Guile calls him the oversized bruiser he saw behind the kid's hotel. He asks him if Shadowlaw pays him to waste their own guards. Zangief says he's sorry, but his master made a rule that anyone who trespasses in this fortress must not be escaping with their life. Whatever he's come here for, he must die for. Guile says he's in a hurry, so he hopes Zangief doesn't mind that he'll make this quick.

Ken tries to defend himself from Ryu, but eventually gets hit. Bison's voice is heard over an intercom, asking Ken if he's enjoying himself.

He introduces himself to Ken, and Ken wants him to show himself. Bison says he doesn't think that's necessary yet, as they've already met before. He understands that Ken may not remember, as he was barely conscious at the time. Ken realizes Bison was the man he saw choking Chun Li. Ken gets angry and asks him what he did to Chun Li, and what has he done to Ryu?!

Bison tells him he's made Ryu a far better fighter than he'll ever be. Ken demands he show himself, but Bison says he intends to enjoy this fight to the end. He tells Ken to resume the battle, or die at Ryu's hands. Ken tells Ryu they he must fight off whatever Bison has done to him, but Ryu doesn't respond. Bison calls that touching, but utterly futile. He tells Ken to attack Ryu with all his strength, and let the fight go on until one of them is dead!

Barrac goes to see Balrog. Balrog asks Barrac if Dorai will make it, as he's heard Dorai is pretty messed up. Barrac stares at him for a few seconds, but then says he's sorry to tell him this: Dorai is dead. The doctors have determined he was drunk when he fall from his hotel room's veranda. He thinks Balrog must not have seen the news reports.

Balrog gets really upset, and says it has got to be a mistake. Meanwhile, at the hospital, a nurse is minding her own business when an invisible sleeping gas is released into the room, taking her out.

Cammy then walks in, and quickly finds where Dorai is. She removes her disguise and admits even she's surprised, as she had no idea how Dorai managed to survive. No one has ever escaped her, and she had him dead to rights. He's got her admiration.

She prepares to finish him off, and asks for God to forgive her. But before she can strike, someone tells her that God may forgive her, but he won't! She has to duck a punch, as Fei Long appears. Cammy has to evade a few more moves.

Fei Long says he's never met a female assassin, and says it's a shame he has to fight someone so pretty -he'll try to avoid messing up her face. Cammy asks him to be a gentleman -he should step aside and let her do her job. Fei Long tells her she's been a bad girl, so maybe a better idea would be for her to turn herself over to him, and be real lady-like. Cammy tells him not to pretend he wants her to be a lady.

Fei long says just because he's a movie star doesn't mean he doesn't like his girls to be polite. But he won't forget about what she did to Dorai! Cammy sees that Dorai has a student who wants to make him proud. Fei Long says Dorai is a good man, and whilst she might be beautiful, he'll make her pay for what she did to him. Cammy tells him maybe he should cool off, he's much too upset to be fighting anyone. Fei Long calls a fighter without passion a fraud, but she should get ready to fall. Cammy says anyone who attempts to keep her from completing a mission dies.

Guile and Zangief tumble down some steps. Guile steps out of the way, narrowly avoiding being smashed into the wall. He performs a suplex on Zangief.

He throws Zangief again, and runs towards him, but Zangief responds with a big kick. He then picks up Guile and slams him to the floor.

Elsewhere, Nash sets his explosives. He almost gets spotted by a guard, but hides behind a corner. He hopes Guile is alright, and recalls what he said about this place having the worst threat they've ever faced in their careers. But he decides why should he worry -Guile will be fine. Nearby, Zangief lands a mighty punch on Guile.

He then picks up Guile, and throws him to the floor again. Guile thinks this Russian bear is built like a tank, and knows how to fight. Zangief charges, but Guile throws him, and then lands several punches.

The two lock hands, and Zangief says he's always the one standing at the end of a fight. He starts pushing forward.

Back at the other fight, Ryu is still attacking Ken. Ken collapses.

Ryu is still standing, ready to fight. Bison says that no matter how strong a man's will is, it disintegrates in fear as he faces his death. He tells Ryu to unleash all of his strength, and defeat that wretch he's looking at. He says there's no fighter on Earth who can stand against them now!

Can Guile hold out against Zangief? See what happens when the wrestler uses his killer move: the atomic suplex! Meanwhile, Fei Long and Cammy continue to tangle for the life of Dorai. Can Fei Long avenge his mentor? And Nash finds the Shadowlaw control room, only to find himself in the grip of Bison.
