Now knowing the possible location of Southern Cross, the elder of Jina city shows Ken a map with where the city may be. The elder then brings out a box full of grenades, but Ken says that he won't need them. But they aren't actually for him, they are for the kids. Bat instantly snaps them up thinking how great they are, whilst Ken doesn't even seem to care.

The group are about to leave Jina city when Jennifer arrives on her bike, saying that she wants to go with them. Because of Shin she has lost many of her friends and she wants to ruin his plans. Ken lets her and soon they all leave the city. They do not get very far out of it before they are spotted by Hidora, who instantly orders his his biker gang to go on the attack.

Hidora's force consists of a lot of cars, but their main methods of attack are throwing spears and axes. Jennifer uses her crossbow to take some of the punks out. Ken throws a grenade which explodes and takes out a car, forcing Hidora to move his fleet out of the way. He and his team chase after Ken and his allies.

Lin gets in on the killing frenzy for once by tossing some grenades, which destroy several cars. One of the punks gets too close for comfort for Ken though, so he leaps out of Bat's car and jump kicks the helpless thug in the neck, making his head explode. As he lands from his jump kick, several chains rap around his arms, and each chain is connected to a buggy. Hidora tells Ken that not even he will be able to win against six cars pulling him apart. He tells the drivers to start moving.

Bat and Lin are being chased, but Bat manages to get the guys following them to crash into each other. They then head back with Jennifer to where Ken went only to find Hidora laughing, but his laughter soon turns to screaming as his head pulsates and then explodes.

Jennifer and the kids aren't the only ones to see Ken's victory as in the distance one of Barcom's scouts sees what has happened, and reports it back to his leader. Barcom informs Shin and when he finds out, he tells Barcom to have the South Star rail cannon sent out. Soon enough, a massive cannon weapon which is restricted to the tracks appears and the commander of it, Tohda, will use it to destroy the man with seven scars.

Tohda's group go on the move whilst Ken's group finally find a city in the desert which is next to some greenland -could it be that they have finally found Southern Cross? Bat wants to go and check it out right away, but he then sees something heading towards them in the distance.

Tohda's team have arrived and see Ken's group in the distance. A shot is fired and Ken's group just about manage to move back in time, as the resulting explosion is gigantic.

The good guys are hiding in the wreckage of an old building. The amount of ground the shot covered is huge, but Jennifer says that it'll take a while for the cannon to reload after each shot, so they need to make their move then. She then runs out and gets on her bike before anyone can stop her, and after telling Ken that he must kill Shin she rides off straight in the direction of the cannon. Tohda sees her and has the cannon train fire at her.

The shot is right on the mark and when Jennifer realises this she has no time to move out of the way. She gets hit and is blown away by the blast, killing her. Ken sees this and gets angry, as he rips apart his jacket and runs towards the train.

The train crew see Ken coming, but by the time they have the next shell ready, their enemy has already reached them. He tells them that Jennifer will be avenged and that they should all get ready to die. The crew grab weapons and charge, but they can't even get close.

HOKUTO JUU RESTU HA

(North Star File Wave)

With most of the train operators dead Kenshiro heads inside the cabin whilst Tohda and the other men outside the train beat it in their cars. Ken tells the two guys still alive in the cannon that if they don't want to die then they'd better follow Tohda. The train starts to move again, and when Tohda sees it he doesn't panic but instead leads Ken to his secret base: a battleship in the desert. The ship's guns still work though and soon the train is under attack.

But the shots keep missing and before Tohda can do anything about it Kenshiro has the cannon crash directly into the battleship. When Tohda comes round all of his men are dead, and Kenshiro has found him. Believing Ken is a monster, he runs off into a lower part of the ship.

Tohda runs for a long as possible until he hides in a room and slams the door shut. He then grabs a pipe and waits for Ken to enter, only for him to break the entire door down. Tohda has nowhere to run and Ken hits a pressure point on his head which makes his body split in half. Kenshiro then hears something outside the battleship.

General Barcom has arrived with a squadron of helicopters and orders for the entire battleship to be bombed. The bombs begin to fall and soon the ship is up in flames, but Ken is in no rush to go and calmly begins to walk out of the ship. However, it doesn't seem that he is going to make it and when Barcom sees that the ship has been totaled, he believes that Ken is dead. He and the rest of his men head back to Southern Cross.

Bat and Lin arrive at the ship, but there is no sign of Ken. At Southern Cross, Barcom delivers the good news to his master: Kenshiro is dead. Whilst Joker doubts this fact Shin is more than happy, and he tells the crying Yuria that Kenshiro has died in the desert just as he said he would.

As day turns to night Bat and Lin are still looking at the wreckage of the ship, which hasn't stopped burning yet. Kenshiro hasn't appeared. Is this the end for the man with the seven scars?
