Moving into New York's docks, the biggest problem with this level is the water itself. If you fall in it, you will die, and of course there are lots of enemies (especially ninjas) who will try and knock you into it. To get across from dock to dock you'll have to make use of some inflatable lifeboats as platforms.

Always check the waters before jumping across anywhere, as there is a good chance ninjas are hiding in the waves. The ninjas will jump straight up and start throwing shuriken before dropping back down. Shuriken sprays work really well here. There are also a few flamethrower soldiers to look out for.

The next section takes place inside a large boat. Things are very narrow and cramped in here, and there is a lot of tight spots where you'll have to fire fast to kill some soldiers. Watch out for the moving platforms, as whilst you can stand on them, they will hurt you if they crash into you.

Towards the bottom of the boat is a electrified floor. It won't kill you instantly if you stand on it, but it will hurt. There are also many soldiers dotted around the pipes, which you'll have to use to make your way across. Some parts of the floor can be stepped on -the small squares with red dots on are OK to use.

The Neo Zeed seem to have been doing some genetic experiments, and have created a dinosaur! This dinosaur is massive, and can only be damaged by hitting it in the head. It will stomp around after you and use flame-breath as a projectile attack. It takes the dinosaur a second to prepare this attack, giving you enough time to jump out of the way. There are platforms at the far left and right of the stage you can use to somersault jump over the boss.

The only other attack the dinosaur has is a tail whip, which it will only use if you get behind him. Even then, the hit-box for it isn't that good and you can often not be hit by it despite it looking like it connected. Use the platforms to get some hits on the head of the boss, then when he's close, somersault jump over him and repeat the process at the opposite side of the screen.
