Tiger Electronics released several Street Fighter II products in the 1990s, and they all sucked. I mean, I've never played any of them, but come on. Once you've seen the wonders of the Street Fighter II Electronic Tabletop Game, well. They also released a couple of LCD handheld games -pity the poor child who couldn't afford a Super Nintendo and had to settle with one of those. They released one for Street Fighter II and one for Super Street Fighter II. The latter is the only Street Fighter game I can think of that does not feature Ryu.
