The PSP version of Street Fighter II was released in 2006, as part of Capcom Classics Collection Reloaded. The version used on this collection is the same one featured on Street Fighter Collection 2, but has improved load times. It also features play stats -at the end of a game, you can earn coins to spend in a separate slot machine game. There are various tasks to do to earn more coins, such as beating the game without using a continue.

The slot machine game lets you play to unlock extras, such as artwork, music and cheats for various games on the collection. In addition to being playable on PSP, the digital version of this collection is also playable on Playstation Vita and Playstation TV systems.
