Sagat hasn't seen any changes at all, from what I can tell.

TIGER SHOT
(QCF+P)

This fast moving projectile leaves Sagat wide open and does little damage, but he can throw them out fast.


GROUND TIGER SHOT
(QCF+K)

A lower version of the above move.


TIGER UPPERCUT
(F, D, DF+P)

Sagat's take on Ryu's dragon punch does a lot of damage.


TIGER KNEE
(D, DF, F, UF+K)

Sagat flies forward with a knee strike, which can hit twice.


Throws

STRONG & FIERCE PUNCH

Sagat tosses his opponent to the other side of the screen.

Jumping forwards roundhouse kick > standing jab punch > tiger shot
