This version of the game was only released Japan, and was a pack-in game with the CPS Changer system. The CPS Changer was also a Japanese exclusive console, released in 1994. This version is arcade perfect as the hardware is the same spec as the CPS-1 board. The only extra features it has over the arcade version is an options screen, and the ability to pause the game.

This is most likely the best version of the game ever released, but hardly anyone owns it. The system and games were only ever available to order from Capcom Japan directly. The CPS Changer did not sell very well and was quickly withdrawn from the market, meaning it and the games available for it are very rare, and now very expensive.
