Developed by Eurocom, the PC version of Super Street Fighter II Turbo was released in 1995. There are two versions of it -a floppy disk version and a CD version. The CD version features much better music, otherwise I've heard that both versions are the same. One of the main oddities with this version are the graphics. Due to differences in resolution between the PC and arcade versions, the PC version's sprites look larger than usual.

All of the characters, stages and backgrounds are present, although I've read that the initial release of this version was missing moves. I don't know any more about that other than the developers released a patch that fixed these issues. The game features the standard single player and versus modes, along with an options menu which lets you turn background animation or parallax scrolling on or off, among other things.

Whilst the graphics are good, the gameplay has some differences when compared to the arcade version. For example, some attacks, like Ryu's crouching fierce punch, will knock a jumping opponent down to the floor in this version, in the arcade version the opponent would land on their feet. Another strange oddity is that Dee Jay uses his Japanese "slash!" voice clip when using his projectile when player 1 uses him, but says "max out!" -his American voice clip -when player 2 uses him. Cammy's voice is not effected like this.

For the time this was a decent version of the game, but these days PC players would be better off playing the version included on Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection instead.
