This version was released in 1994. As with the X68000 hardware itself, this port is exclusive to Japan. Of all the versions available at the time, it's this or the FM Towns version that were the closest to the arcade. It looks just like the arcade game graphically, and it plays really well. It also includes a tournament battle mode, where players must take turns to fight.

This is a really good port, but not many people will own the hardware to play it on. This version also tends to sell for a couple of hundred dollars on eBay these days, making it something for collectors only.
