This version of the game was part of Street Fighter Collection, released in 1997. The collection features Super Street Fighter II, Super Street Fighter II Turbo and Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold. For most people, this would be the first time they could play an arcade accurate version of the game, as the 32-bit hardware allowed a better port than what had been seen on the Genesis and SNES.
From what I can tell, this version is good, but one big annoyance are the surprisingly long loading times before each match starts. It would have also been nice if the tournament battle mode was somehow included, even if it was one match a time like in the 16 bit versions.
Street Fighter Collection is worth picking up as you get three great games in one, but the long load times mean I would recommend the SEGA Saturn version over it instead.
