The FM Towns is a personal computer system which was only available in Japan. It was also extremely powerful, so when a version of Super Street Fighter II was released for it in 1994, it was much better than almost all of the other ports available at the time.

I haven't played this version, but it looks great graphics and sound wise, plus from the videos I've seen, it plays just like the arcade game. In addition to having the usual arcade and tournament battle modes, it also has a color edit mode -I believe this was the first time such a feature was made available in a Street Fighter game.

Only die hard fans are going to try and get this version, but it's a good version of the game. It's quite expensive though -expect to pay over 200 dollars for a copy.
