Blanka now has a new special move, which is another version of his cannon ball attack, plus his vertical rolling attack has been changed so it isn't as good as before.

(Hold = Hold down any attack button for 2 seconds)

ELECTRICITY
(Press any punch button rapidly)

Blanka stays in place and charges electricity through his body, shocking anyone who tries to touch him.


CANNONBALL
(B (charge) F+P)

Blanka shoots forward and crashes into the opponent.


VERTICAL ROLLING ATTACK
(D (charge) U+K)

This new attack has Blanka doing a cannonball straight upwards to hit jumping opponents.


BEAST LEAP
(B (charge) F+K

This new variation of Blanka's cannonball attack has him flipping backwards and then spinning at the opponent from above.


Throws

FIERCE PUNCH

Blanka grabs onto his opponent and starts biting his head. Keep mashing the attack buttons to do more hits and damage.


Changes

VERTICAL ROLLING ATTACK LANDING

Blanka no longer spins when he is landing -instead he will just land normally, meaning it is a lot easier for the opponent to hit him.
