This hack features the usual changes, such as changing characters by pressing the start button and being able to do any special move in the air. Certain characters move a lot faster than usual, such as Zangief. Some move were also changed, like Ryu and Ken's dragon punches having poor vertical range but great horizontal range.

Charge times were removed, so for example Vega can instantly do his claw roll. Projectile attacks have been changed, as the projectiles will move up and down when thrown out.

Dhalsim's drill attacks are funny in this game, at least when playing against the CPU. Dhalsim will charge towards the edge of the screen and get stuck there, whilst the CPU will often not do anything and the time will run out. But Dhalsim will keep spinning and the game won't go to the next round, meaning it will need to be reset.
