Sagat

Sagat is a master of Muay Thai and hosted a grand tournament a few years a go. He fought Ryu in the final match and lost, thanks to Ryu scarring him for life with his shoryuken technique. Having trained hard, Sagat enters Bison's tournament to settle the score with Ryu. Sagat's projectiles lack power, but he can throw them quickly and his take on the dragon punch -the tiger uppercut -is devastating.

This fast moving projectile leaves Sagat wide open and does little damage, but he can throw them out fast.


GROUND TIGER SHOT
(QCF+K)

A lower version of the above move.


TIGER UPPERCUT
(F, D, DF+P)

Sagat's take on Ryu's dragon punch does a lot of damage.


TIGER KNEE
(D, DF, F, UF+K)

Sagat flies forward with a knee strike, which can hit twice.
