Ken
Ken's dragon punch is much better in this game as it was in The World Warrior and is great to use in combos. His hurricane kick has also been altered.

Special moves
HADOUKEN
(QCF+P)
Ken's standard fireball projectile. The speed of it is dependant on which punch button is pressed.
SHORYUKEN
(F, D, DF+P)
Ryu's uppercut can knock jumping opponents out of the air, but be wary as doing it right next to the opponent will often not knock them down.
TATSU MAKI SEN PU KYAKU
(QCB+K)
Ken will spin several times with one of his legs out. This can hit multiple times.
Throws
STRONG & FIERCE PUNCH
Ken throws the opponent over his shoulder.
FORWARD & ROUNDHOUSE KICK
Ken grabs the opponent and rolls with them twice before using one of his legs to send them flying.
Changes
SHORYUKENS
Ken's dragon punches have improved horizontal range. This is important because it means his fierce dragon punch will now do 2 hits and knock the opponent over when done right next to them. His jab and strong dragons will now always knock the opponent down if done right next to the opponent.
TATSU MAKI SEN PU KYAKUS
Ken's hurricane kick does less damage, but it is now faster and can do multiple hits without the opponent being able to block in between each kick, like they could in The World Warrior.
