Balrog

Balrog is a hired goon who works for Bison as an enforcer. He usually hangs around in Las Vegas getting into fights (he was banned from the boxing circuit for being too violent) and making as much money as he can. The playable version of Balrog is weaker than the one you fought in The World Warrior, as he can't do his dash punches as fast/repeatedly as he could before, but his moves are still pretty good.

A dashing straight punch.


DASH PUNCH UPPER
(B (charge) F+K)

This version of the dash punch is great for hitting opponents that jump at you.


FINAL PUNCH
(Hold all 3 punch or kick buttons, then release)

When you let go of the buttons, Balrog will spin round for less than a second, then dash forward and deliver a powerful punch. The longer you hold down the buttons, the more damage it does. When you release the buttons, Balrog will say a number or the word "final", depending on how long the buttons were held down for. The "final" punch is the strongest one.


Throws

STRONG & FIERCE PUNCH

Balrog grabs the opponent and starts to headbutt them, mash the buttons to do more hits and damage.
