Japanese	American	European
Starfox is the name of the Japanese and American versions. For whatever reason, the logo is slightly different between these two versions and has different colors. For the European version, the game was called "Starwing" due to copyright issues with with an old game on the Atari 2600 that was called "Starfox".

At the controls screen, the font is a little different in the Japanese version, as it has a shiny finish to it which was removed from the American and European versions.

The main villain of the game is called Andorf in the Japanese version and Andross in the other versions. One of the level's names is slightly different because of this.
