Sonic the Hedgehog (Xbox 360)
I beat Silver's story mode. Out of the three main characters, Silver has the most bearable set of levels and his psychokinetic powers just make it easier to deal with enemies, especially from a distance. It still sucked through and Silver's final boss was pathetically easy, especially for something that was meant to be a God (it throws rocks at you! Evil!).
After beating the game with Silver the last level unlocked and I beat that. The last level is a nice large mess involving you playing as nearly every character in the game and trying to find chaos emeralds in several small stages. After finding them all you get to play as Super Sonic and have a fight with the true final boss, who's name I can't remember but he wasn't very difficult. I somehow managed to S-rank this level (the first time I've S ranked a level in the entire game). Anyway, with that out of the way I got a totally craptastic ending (the entire thing gets retconned) and so I'm pretty much done with this horrible title now.
The King of Fighters XII (Xbox 360)
I had a few online sessions with this and am now at rank B. Rank isn't judged by skill, instead the only way to increase it is by playing more games (winning or losing doesn't matter). I've played just over 450 games. A patch was released for this which improved the netcode and whilst it is better than it was before, it still isn't good enough with slow games and lots of lag. The glitch where the game will crash just because someone else enters the lobby is still there too.
A lot of people don't even fight back during battles -they just want the achievements and as long as the match starts they're just happy to sit there doing nothing. It really is a shame on how this sequel turned out.
Marvel Super Heroes (Saturn/Playstation)
I beat the Saturn versions (PAL and Japan) with Magneto. Maybe I've been a little harsh on this port in the past as it didn't seem quite as slow as I remember, although some attacks really effected the speed, like Magneto's beam projectile. I didn't use a continue either playthrough and I think I only lost 1 round in the Japanese version, against Thanos.
On the Playstation version I beat the game with Juggernaut, not losing any rounds or using any continues. All three playthroughs were done on the default game settings.
Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360)
I beat the last 2 campaigns I hadn't cleared yet (Swamp Fever and Hard Rain) on easy difficulty. I've played some versus although I'm not a huge fan of this mode as matches tend to drag on. Thankfully scavenge mode is there for people who lack patience and I've played quite a bit of it. In this mode the survivors have to fuel up a vehicle by collecting gasoline cans whilst the infected have to try and stop them. The matches are usually always quick (at least compared to versus games) and a lot of fun. I unlocked a bunch of achievements for this too.
