Preview
Final
This part of the intro shows that Adam was originally called Wolf, and Axel's early name was Hawk. This preview show also lacks the surnames for every character, and their ages are in different places.

Final
This part of the first level has a few differences in the background, such as part of the wall being different and a fire hydrant is missing. The Nora enemies originally wore much more revealing clothing originally, they were covered up quite a bit for the final release. Her hands on hip stance seen in the preview was also changed for the final version.

Preview
Final
Several pictures from the preview feature Abadede as the first boss, in the final game, the first boss is Antonio, a guy with a boomerang.

Abadede does show up in the final game, as the boss of the third level. One of the preview shots shows him holding an axe, he doesn't have this in the final game.

Final
This screenshot and the one below are from the game's Japanese print ad. This screen shows an earlier version of the second boss, which features a different background. There are no windows and less damage to the bricks, but there are a lot more posters.

Also note how this screenshot lacks the "-BOSS-" text under the timer the final version features.

Final
This screenshot shows the third level. Antonio makes an appearance here, but in the final game, he's the boss of the first level, whilst Abadede is the boss of the third level. Given the preview screens shown in Beep! shown above, it's safe to say that these bosses which switched at one point. I imagine Antonio was made the first boss of the game because he's easier to beat than Abadede.

Brazil version box shot
Final
This screen, which is featured on the back of the box for the Brazilian version of the game, features what appears to be a scrapped boss. It's a guy in the hockey mask, and he was going to be the boss of the first level at one point. Note how the background has a lot of differences too.
