Unused sounds
Groan
This is the name of Shin Akuma's theme. It can be heard in the sound test, but never gets used anywhere in the game because Shin Akuma isn't actually in the arcade version of Alpha 3. This music track would be used in the console ports of the game, where Shin Akuma was made playable.
Cammy "cannon drill"
The name of Cammy's QCF+K move in the American version of Super Street Fighter II. It seems this was going to be the case with American Alpha 3, but they went against in in the end. She says spiral arrow instead.
Cammy: "chauf kick"
Unused in the final version, but it was used in the sample version for her cannon spike move.
Cammy: "spin knuckle"
When Cammy does this move, she never says this, she just grunts instead.
