NOTES

-Some of the screenshots on the insert are from a prototype version of the game, which have some minor differences:

Screen #1, the 1P and 2P text above the life bars is missing. Michael Max's name is missing, instead there is what appears to be some kind of debug info instead.
Screen #2 has the same differences as screen #1, but "THE WALK" text from the pirate ship is missing.
Screen #3, missing text and scores, plus Terry's power wave is colored blue instead of yellow.

-Terry's rising tackle is incorrectly listed as being up, down, A. It should be down, up, A.

-Andy's fireball is listed as being quarter circle back, forward, A. It should just be quarter circle back, A.
