Storm

A mutant with control over the elements, Storm can use the weather to attack her enemies. She has lost a couple of her CotA moves, but she's still one of the most powerful characters in the game, and easily in the top tier.

TYPHOON
(QCF+P, air also)

Storm releases a small tornado at the opponent. Sadly, you can no longer control which direction it goes.


DOUBLE TYPHOON
(QCB+P, air also)

Storm will create two typhoons directly where the opponent is standing.


LIGHTNING ATTACK
(SK+SP, air also)

You can control where Storm will go with this attack by holding down the desired direction on the joystick.


FLIGHT
(QCB+KK)

This lets Storm fly for a few seconds, but she can't block whilst doing so.


HYPER COMBO
LIGHTNING STORM
(QCF+PP, air also)

Storm will sends bolts of lightning everywhere to fry the opponent.


HYPER COMBO
HAIL STORM
(QCB+PP, air also)

Storm will start to fly up to a corner of the screen, and then the opponent will be battered with lots of hail.
