Charlie

Working for the U.S. Airforce, Charlie's mission is to destroy Bison's organization, but he is given new orders: many street fighters have gone missing, he must find them and defeat the one responsible for the kidnappings. In the Japanese version of the game he is called Nash.

A great anti-air move that now also releases a projectile wave.


BLADE SLICE
(U, UF, F+K, air only)

A reverse version of the somersault kick that can only be done in the air.

SONIC BLADE

Charlie will rapidly throw out many sonic booms in quick succession.

Charlie will do 3 somersaults in a row.

Dashing forward, if Charlie hits the opponent he does an automatic combo on them, and then smacks them away with a kick.
