Hiryu is an A-class Strider. The Striders are a ninja clan who protect the world from evil. In the year 2048, Hiryu was sent on a one-man mission to defeat Meio, the Grand Master who had taken over the Earth. Hiryu was successful in his mission and killed Meio in his base, known as the Third Moon. As one of Capcom's mightiest heroes, Hiryu is called into helping fight Onslaught. He goes into battle armed with "falchion", his sword.

AME NO MURAKAMO
(QCF+P)

Hiryu will step forward and slice with his sword.


GRAM
(F, D, DF+P, air also)

Hiryu will pause, then swing his sword in a manner that makes it nearly cover the entire screen.


LOW GRAM
(F, D, DF+K)

Like the above move, but Hiryu crouches when doing it.


FORMATION A
(QCF+K)

Hiryu sends out a terapodal robo-panther, that will run across the screen and crash into the opponent.


FORMATION B
(B (charge) F+P)

Upon doing the motion Hiryu will call upon a dipodal saucer. If you do the motion again, he will launch this as a projectile (he can also launch it in the air).


FORMATION C
(B (charge) F+K)

Hiryu will send a hawk robot out, that will fly across the screen and drop a bomb. SK has the hawk drop it near Hiryu, FK drops it in the middle of the screen and RK drops it far away.


VAGULA
(QCB+K)

Hiryu will teleport away in four different directions, then reappear and do a diving kick. SK has him do the kick to the left of the screen, FK in the middle and RK to the right.


EXCALIBUR
(QCF+P or QCF+K, air only)

Hiryu will charge into his opponent. The punch buttons move him up, the kick buttons move him down.


WALL CLING
(QCB+P)

Hiryu will jump up to the side of the screen. Hold up to move him up, down to move him down or forward to make him come off the wall. Press back then forwards quickly to make him go to the opposite wall. Pressing the punch buttons when on the wall will have him swipe with his sword, pressing the kick buttons has him do a diving kick.


TELEPORT
(B, D, DB+P or B, D, DB+K)

Hiryu will vanish and then appear again. JP or SK make him warp to the left of the screen, SP and FK to the middle and FP and RK to the right.


HYPER COMBO
OUROBOROS
(QCF+PP)

Hiryu will summon two dipodal saucers, which circle around him and can hit the opponent. They last for a few seconds. If you press any button, they will launch ring projectiles.

LEGION
(QCF+KK)

Hiryu will send forth a legion of robo-panthers and hawk robots.

RAGNAROK
(F, D, DF+PP)

Hiryu will dash forward, if he grabs the opponent (this can be blocked) he will throw them upwards and then do lots of flying slices on them, before finishing them off with a vagula.
