Ken
Ken has seen some major changes to his move set in this game. In addition to a new hyper combo (which was originally from Street Fighter III), his fireballs have been toned down (they no longer travel full screen), his dragon punch is better than ever and the direction his hurricane kick travels is different from before.

HADOUKEN
(QCF+P, air also)
Ken's fireballs are larger, but they no longer travel as far.
The air version has him throw one downwards in a diagonal direction towards the opponent.
SHORYUKEN
(F, F, DF+P, air also)
All of Ken's dragon punches will set the opponent on fire now, no matter which button is pressed.
TATSU MAKI SEN PU KYAKU
(QCB+K, air also)
Ken now travels upwards diagonally when doing his hurricane kick, apart from the air version.
HYPER COMBO
SHORYU REPPA
(QCF+PP)
Ken will do three flaming dragon punches in a row.

SHINRYUKEN
(QCF+KK)
This dragon punch has Ken move vertically, but he spins around a few times with his arm set on fire. Keep pressing the kick buttons for extra hits and damage.
HYPER COMBO
SHIPPU JINRAI KYAKU
(QCB+KK)
Ken will kick his opponent several times, then finish this combo off with a hurricane kick.

SHINKUU HADOUKEN
(QCF+FP+RK)
This move can only be done with Ryu. Basically for their tag hyper combo, Ken will perform the shinkuu hadouken instead his shoryu reppa (which he uses when paired up with any other character).
