Dark Sakura
What If? Sakura decided to idolize Akuma instead of Ryu. Well, she becomes Dark Sakura but despite the name she's still her cheery self. However her moves change significantly, as she throws fireballs differently, and also knows how to do the shun goku satsu! Her midare zakura and haru ichiban hyper combos also do more damage. I don't know if this character has every been officially named. Most places either call her Dark Sakura, Evil Sakura or Sunburnt Sakura.

HADOUKEN
(QCF+P, air also)
Dark Sakura throws her fireballs forward, Ryu or Ken style, instead of up into the air.
The air version has her throw one downwards in a diagonal direction towards the opponent.
SHOUOUKEN
(D, D, DF+P, air also)
Dark Sakura will run forward and do her version of the dragon punch.
SHUNPUU KYAKU
(QCB+K, air also)
A hurricane kick which has her go in an arc motion, instead of straight like Ryu or Ken's.
ASHURA SENKUU
(F, D, DF + PPP or KKK) (B, D, DB +PPP or KKK)
Dark Sakura will teleport to either side of the screen. The forwards motion will have her warp forwards, backwards motion will make her go back. Using the punch buttons makes her travel further.
HYPER COMBO

Dark Sakura's version of this move is just like Ryu's: she does a beam projectile.

HARU ICHIBAN
(QCB+KK)
Dark Sakura will do her hurricane kick move, but this version travels straight up and hits multiple times. If she hits the opponent, the combo ends with her hitting the opponent with a couple of punches, then a kick.

MIDARE ZAKURA

Dark Sakura charges forward, if she hits the opponent she will do an automatic combo that ends with a shououken.
LEVEL 3 HYPER COMBO
SHUN GOKU SATSU

Dark Sakura will teleport forward slowly, if she grabs the opponent she will do an unseen 16 hit combo on them.
