Cyclops

Cyclops returns, but sadly he has no new special moves or hyper combos. His voice actor recorded some new lines for him, at least.

Punch	Kick

Moves List

OPTIC BLAST
(QCF+P)

A quick laser blast. The fierce punch version is great for getting jumping opponents with. This move can also be done in the air, but Cyclops always does straight blasts whilst jumping.


OPTIC SWEEP
(HCB+P)

Cyclops ducks, and shoots an optic blast which rebounds off the ground to get the opponent.


GENE SPLICE
(F, D, DF+P)

A dragon punch move, keep pressing the punch button to do more hits. The final hit will be a laser shot.


DASHING TACKLE
(B (charge), F+K)

Cyclops will dash forward at the opponent and if he hits them, he'll slam them.


DASHING COMBO
(B, (charge) F+P)

Cyclops will dash forward and then automatically do a quick combo on the opponent.


CYCLONE KICK
(QCB+K)

A two hit spin kick. The first hit hits mid, and the second hits low.


HYPER COMBO
MEGA OPTIC BLAST
(QCF+PP)

A much larger optic blast that does a lot more damage.

OPTIC ARRAY
(HCB+PP, air also)

This optic blast can be controlled! You'll basically have a few seconds to control Cyclops' head with the joystick to aim the projectile wherever you want.
