Juggernaut

Juggernaut is Professor X's half-brother. Whilst he is not actually a mutant, he has incredible strength thanks to the crimson gem of Cyttorak he found. Wanting to get back at his brother, Juggernaut works for Magneto and fights the X-Men. Juggernaut is a powerhouse -whilst most of his moves are slow to come out, they do huge amounts of damage. Juggernaut is playable in the Playstation and Japanese SEGA Saturn versions via a cheat code. However he only has one costume color, and can only be uses in versus mode.

DOUBLE FIST
(QCF+P)

A powerful punch which has good range.


EARTHQUAKE
(F, DF, D+P)

Juggernaut will hit the ground, sending forward a projectile wave.


BODY LIFT & SLAM
(Stand over a knocked down opponent, hold down and press any punch button)

Juggernaut will pick his opponent up. Press SP to headbutt and punch them, or press FP to slam them to the ground. Pressing light punch seems to randomly choose between the headbutts or slam.


GIRDER PICK UP
(Stand in front of a girder, then press down, down + and punch button)

Juggernaut rips out a girder and can use it as a weapon, letting him hit his opponent even if they are far away from him. This comes at a price: Juggernaut can't use any of his other special moves whilst holding the girder. He can lose it if he takes too many hits, or gets thrown. Some stages do not feature girders to grab.


TAUNT
(B, D, DB+P)

Juggernaut will cross his arms and one of his eyes will sparkle. This taunt will increase the X power gauge a little.


X-ABILITY MOVE
CYTTORAK POWER-UP
(QCB+P)

Juggernaut will go into a stance and then will glow orange. For the next few seconds, his attacks will do even more damage!


HYPER X MOVE
JUGGERNAUT HEADCRUSH
(HCF+P)

Juggernaut dashes into the opponent head first, doing a lot of damage and sending them flying if it hits.
