Kaori Horie's only voice acting role seems to be Yuri, from what I can find -she started voicing the character in Art of Fighting 2 (released in 1994) and the last time she voiced her was in 2010's King of Fighters XIII. The SNK wiki page for her mentions she has experience in TV shows and commercials, and has also worked as a radio DJ.
