Mantaro Koichi started voicing Robert in 1996, when Art of Fighting 3 was released. He took the role over from Kay Inage and would voice Robert in the KoF series for the next few years, with his last game being KoF 2003. He would also voice Galford in some of the Samurai Shodown games and Karman in AoF 3. His IMDB page shows that he's been in a lot of Japanese TV series.
