Monster Maezuka -who's real name is Atsushi Maezuka -has been voicing Ralf since King of Fighters '94. He would continue to voice Ralf for the next few years, and also voiced Benimaru and Choi. He stopping voicing Ralf in 2009, as a different voice actor was used for KoF XII. Outside of KoF, his other SNK roles include Kyoshiro in the Samurai Shodown games, and Wyler in Art of Fighting 3. Outside of SNK, the only other voice work he's done that I could find was for the Japanese only Transformers series Beast Wars Neo, where he voiced a character called Sling and was also the voice of the narrator.
