In addition to voicing Leona, Masae Yumi also voices Kasumi and Vice in the game. From what I can tell, her entire voice acting career involves SNK games, with the three characters just mentioned being her biggest roles. Her last voice credit was for 2010's King of Fighters XIII, where she once again voiced Leona and Vice. Some of her minor roles include Poison in SvC Chaos: SNK Vs. Capcom, and Athena in Neo Geo CD Special.

Hello everyone, this is Masae Yumi, voice actor for Vice, Leona, and Kasumi Todoh! Today I've eaten hot cakes, spaghetti, and leftover oden, so I'm feeling nice and full!
