Satoshi Hashimoto started voicing Kim in 1992's Fatal Fury 2. He would go on to voice Kim for over a decade and a half, with his last game being 2005's King of Fighters XI. In addition to Kim, he also voiced Terry Bogard in the Fatal Fury series, and the majority of KoF games. Outside of KoF, his only other major voice acting credit is for Fire Convoy in the 2010 Transformers: Car Robots series. From what I've found online he's also been in a lot of Japanese movies and TV shows, and also performs in stage plays.
