Yoshinori Shima first voiced Clark in The King of Fighters '94, and would continue to voice him all the way through to 2010's KoF XIII. He also voiced Temjin and Eiji in Art of Fighting 2, and would also voice Eiji in KoF '95 and XI. He was also the original voice actor for Chang, and voiced him in KoF '94 and '95, but was replaced with Hiroyuki Arita for KoF '96. He does not appear to have done much voice acting work outside of SNK games from what I could find, but he did the voice of a character called Gass in the Munto OVAs.
