Monster Maezuka -who's real name is Atsushi Maezuka -has been voicing Choi since The King of Fighters '94, and as of 2016's KoF XIV, is still voicing him. He also used to do the voice for Ralf (from KoF '94 to XII) and currently also voices Benimaru. Outside of KoF, his other SNK roles include Kyoshiro in the Samurai Shodown games, and Wyler in Art of Fighting 3. Outside of SNK, the only other voice work he's done that I could find was for the Japanese only Transformers series Beast Wars Neo, where he voiced a character called Sling and was also the voice of the narrator.
