Toshikazu Nishimura voiced Chin from the character's debut in The King of Fighters '94, through to KoF 2002. He also voiced Heavy D! in KoF '94 and '98. Outside of KoF, he also provided the voice for Wan-Fu in Samurai Shodown II, and Tam Tam in Samurai Shodown IV and V Special. It appears all of his voice acting work has been for SNK games.
