With Hogg beaten, Jack and the others realise that their garage is under attack. The level then starts with you using the Cadillac to knock down a blockage, but one guy, Slice, escapes. He says that the garage now belongs to him before jumping away.
Outside there are several fairly weak enemies and a couple of barrels to break open. Moving inside the actual garage, you will find a palette swapped version of Vice called "Walther" down here who attacks in a similar way to his other self, but isn't as strong. There are plenty of items to use down here so make sure to pick up the various guns hidden away in the destroyable barrels.
Watch out for some bikers down here, they can easily be dismounted but they will knock you over if you aren't careful. Getting deeper into the garage, there will be a section where several of the fat enemies will appear, take them all out and you'll usually get an uzi here, which will make the next section before the boss easier.
Just before the boss, several weak punks will appear, if you have the uzi they'll be no match for you and it isn't difficult to take them out without the weapon either. After they've been defeated, you will encounter Slice, who is here to put and end to your little adventure.
Slice can move around very quickly, he's so fast that he will leave a trail of shadows behind him as he dashes around the arena. He attacks with boomerang weapons, with his main attack being a move where he dashes forward and slashes into you.
He'll also throw boomerangs and he has two variations of this attack: the first is where he throws a single boomerang out, but he also has another move where he throws lots of boomerangs all over the screen. Several lesser enemies will also help Slice out but just keep trying to hit the boss and ignore the other punks. Any character's dashing attack works well against him.
